The location was perfect and the serene atmosphere enraptured me as soon as I stepped foot on the resort. The service was impeccable, my personal concierge Salvador made sure that all my needs and desires were met. Truly a once in a lifetime vacation.

Relaxing hotel with great service

Excellent hotel with excellent customer service
Salvador was our concierge and he was so attentive and responsive as soon as we checked-in. Family trips aren’t always easy, so it was nice to have Salvador handle al of our reservations (restaurants, massage), which allowed me to enjoy time with the family. The staff all around was fantastic and definitely will be heading back for another vacation.

Amazing Experience
Our stay at Hotel Nobu Los Cabos Residence was nothing short of exceptional. The property was spotless, the food was consistently delicious, and the service was truly five-star. Special thanks to Senen Guerrero, our Experience Manager from Prive, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return soon!

Super disorganized, lobby being redone and thus residence lobby being utilized with very poor check in and check out process. Placed at jeopardy of missing flight secondary to the ineptitude of the staff which were far from being user friendly.
