Jul 02, 2025A/C is not working for 3 days in the middle of the summer.
We are currently staying at this hotel as the members of Occidental Vacation Club. We came on June 28th, booked 2 studio rooms for 3 of us and on Monday afternoon, the A/C broke for the literally half of the hotel. Thanks to the management, we were given a room with working A/C on the other side of the hotel but my hubby stayed in his room and the thermometer was showing 30 C degrees by tonight, now, we put an extra bed in the new studio room, and 3 of us staying together although we booked and paid for 2 rooms originally. We are not the only family who suffers. Everytime, I go the first club desk to get an update, there is always another (different) family who is also looking for a solution.

The best service and the people are great!
The only issue is the bathroom, remove the bathtub it's not needed. I almost fell trying to get in or out. Oh, update the TV to smart TV. I couldn't watch my Netflix at night.

I had a really great time everything in the First Club was amazing I had a really great time!
The first club private bar was the best!! Eder, Angel and Andre were amazing bartenders. They always gave my family the best service. 10/10

Amazing
Amazing service and the staff were really nice. Would come back again, Eder, Jared, and Andres at the first club were wonderful to us.
