I loved the place the minute I walked into the lobby. The staff greated me with a smile and offered a refreshing cold drink, which was much appreciated after a long flight. My room wasn't ready because I arrived earlier, but they put my suitcase in storage and had a restroom right there to change into my swimsuit and start my vacation. One night I came back from an excursion at midnight and couldn't find the staircase to my room, so I knocked on office door for help. they not only walked me to the staircase, but waited to see that I got into my room. I would like to sincerely thank these staff members who made my experience the best ever: Jennifer, Juliette, Julio, Tika, Patrick, Billy and Sasha. I will be back one day!!!

Thanks to the whole team
The time we spent at this hotel was wonderful. The room cleaning, the welcome, the friendliness, the treatment. And especially Melisa, Lito and Nino, for their competence in their work environment. I highly recommend this entire experience. Thank you very much. A big kiss to everyone at the hotel.

Aruba Vacation
Beautiful well kept resort across from the beach. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the seating area in front was a great place to relax. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again.

Have been going to Aruba for aver 30 yrs always stay at eagle beach .have stayed at AMB several times but not for the last 5 yrs . Always loved our stay there except this time. Huge disappointment !! The beach was overcrowded with people not staying at the resort ,I know its a public beach ,but I would think the lounge chairs ,huts,ect were for the hotel patrons ,beach attendents a joke nowher to be found. Passions was below par ,food served cold ,service uneven .Horizens was the best ,food ,service ,comfort all 5 stars .Melisa & Lito were wonderful .Housekeeping was great , Jennifer at the front desk was great.3 yrs ago we named Goodwill Ambassadors after visiting over 30 consecutive yrs ,this was not one of nicest stay.

Our home away from home
Spacious, Clean & FRIENDLY, especially Melisa (❤️) , Lito & Nino at Horizon’s. We will be back in October. This resort is so well ran and organized and staff go out of their way to help and accommodate you. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels refreshed twice a day.
