My encounter with the ocean B restaurant was absolutely horrific. The bartender and I don’t remember his name at this time. Basically accusing me of stealing. Had all my receipts and he still kept saying that I hadn’t paid. No customer should ever have to experience something like that. He embarrassed me in front of our Kelly K Ministries friends. Oh, that’s right. Using comments to me by saying my Bar my rules was absolutely horrific. Dylan was a breath of fresh air. Every time I come out of my room, I would see Dylan in the hallway, and he was always smiling, personable, interested in how my is going. Dylan's friendly. Dylan is has wonderful personality. Dylan is very approachable. He’s very social and he’s genuinely interested in my vacation.

The hotel was beautiful. The location is one of the best features of it, but perhaps the best part about this hotel was Ivan. He looked after us. It was my son‘s birthday and he went beyond his responsibilities to make sure it was a special time.

My room was great, the only issue we really felt frustrated about was there isn't any garbage cans to empty our room trash into except on the 1st floor in the lobby. We stayed on the top floor so any time we had too much trash in our room we had to go to the lobby and that really flustered my husband. We stayed ocean front and that was captivating and beautiful. We wish the Room has more hangers since there was not any dressers to out our clothes in but we lived out of our suitcases and made it work. We love the private beach. The two pools were perfect. They let us stay in the pool after closing as long as we were quiet and respectful. We loved and appreciated that. We loved that they provide beach towels and beach chairs for use on the beach. The cabanas and umbrellas were available for rent for 17 dollars a day. Which isnt terrible but we brought our own. I am definitely coming back and staying here again.

Devon and Jayden are great. They greeted us with a smile every time we went to the beach. Great assets to the staff
