Staff was amazing. Very friendly, had an issue on a cruise and told the staff and right away Noah did his due diligence to make our stay in Fort Lauderdale amazing! Arrived to the resort early, Noah said don’t worry about it I have a room ready for you now. Looking forward to coming back again.

Great service.
Noah was great! Very helpful and gave us great service. Love this spot! I definitely plan on going back to this spot. During our weekends coming up. B ocean is definitely one of my favorite spots in this area. Thanks so much for everything!!!!

Awesome stay!
Went to the B ocean resort on a recommendation from friends for our 30th anniversary. What an amazing stay from checking in to departure. The staff was incredible, especially Charlie at the front desk who went out of his way to make sure we had a very special anniversary. He was genuinely warm and friendly when we arrived And when he found out it was our anniversary, he gave us an upgrade to a beautiful ocean view room and an early check-in. When he saw us in the lobby during our stay, he would always go out of his way to make sure everything was good. A true professional and asset to the hotel. A special shout out to the beach guys who were wonderful and catered to our every need. We will definitely be back.

Loved this hotel. Wonderful view of the ocean. Lots to do and see in general area. Only thing I didn't like was the parking situation. Other than that I would highly recommend! The restaurant attached was amazing. Bar pleasant. Very friendly staff.

Misleading and Unprofessional – Not a True Resort - Non-functioning outlets - Telephone broken - Discolored Water source This property is falsely advertised as a resort, but in reality, it’s a basic off-the-beach hotel lacking the amenities or atmosphere of an actual resort experience. Don’t be misled by the name. There were also undisclosed hidden fees that only appeared at checkout, which felt deceptive and left a poor final impression. Most troubling was the behavior of the front desk staff during check-in and check-out, when I voiced my concerns about the room being dirty and unaesthetically pleasing with non-working phones and electrical outlets. A staff member named Charlie was loud, unprofessional, and confrontational—flashing his name tag and insisting I “spell it correctly” when I mentioned I would be filing a formal complaint. His behavior was completely inappropriate and unacceptable in any hospitality environment. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here. ⸻ Dr. JSH
