    Gherbal vacation

    Was really nice I appreciate the effort and service and the respectful I had. I will definitely recommend the resort for family and friends. It was an amazing time I spent to be remembered for lifetime. Thank you all!

    Clean, beautiful. Food was underwhelming. Drinks were delicious and service from wait staff was good. Communication about how certain things work could definitely improve a lot.

    We recently stayed at the Barcelo Maya Beach Resort and it was great! I especially want to give a shout out to head Bellman, Angel Serrano! He is fantastic and goes above and beyond to see after the guests. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! Thank you, Angel Serrano, for helping make our stay an unforgettable experience!

    The room floors are very dirty. I do like how they offer in room drinks in their refrigerator. The beds are ok but the pillows are flat. The food on the buffet is mediocre at best. The drinks are terrible. They close the food in between meals. When there are two places right beside each other. Other guests would just grab food with their hands instead of using the tongs provided. The staff are mostly rude. We stayed at the tropical and the pool area for the little ones closes at 6. In July!! The other pools at 8. Every things is over priced as far as souvenirs. Also, they have room service but they charge extra for that. They have many restaurants on site but you have to book reservations for each of them and they fill up fast. Not very accommodating for being on vacation. Overall, I would not return here.

    Very good

    Everything worked fine - the resort is very well conserved and there are a lot of options to enjoy the stay considering the possibility to use all of the 4 hotels.
