    Superb

    We have travelled alot and this resort was absolutely stunning. The staff is very nice, attentive to all your needs, the cleanliness impeccable, the entertainment for the kids and adults is amazing; they have water slides, arcade, bowling, go carts and more; for the adults the casino, the shows, the disco and more. The food is amazing! They even have there own mall. The market with all kinds of artisan products is very nice. Definitely will be back again.

    Would not recommend/stay far away

    Funjet loves this place because they get the biggest comission.....Well to start the food is some of the worst we have had in Mexico. Reservations are so outdated and pants and collared shirts for men when women are half naked in 95° weather is ridiculous. Not to mention paying $895 for premium upgrades to not get premium upgrades is just a scam. The bartenders dont care if you are premium or not you get what they give you. Also we booked 2 bottom floor rooms and got 3rd floor rooms took a day and a half to get 1 room changed. And no compensation what's so ever. The bartenders are so extremely rude

    Family trip

    The bathrooms were very poorly maintained and the smell of raw sewage made it so I went elsewhere to use the bathroom. I showered once in 4 days because of the smell.

    Find another resort!

    This place is old and has a mold problem. Our room was stinky. The bathroom hasn't been updated since ever (built in 1970). Conference rooms have mold so everyone was getting headaches and stuffy noses.

    Family vacation

    We recently stayed at this resort with our family and had a decent experience overall, but there were a few things that could have made it better. The Good: • Premier check-in was a nice touch and helped us get settled quickly. • Proximity to excursions was excellent — we were able to get around easily and make the most of our trip. • Pool areas were very clean, well-stocked with towels, and enjoyable for the whole family. • Breakfast was consistently good with plenty of options. • The beach had a lot of seaweed, but we expected that given the time of year. Areas for Improvement: • Our group included five guests, and sleeping arrangements weren’t well-prepared. We had to call the front desk for bedding for the couch and didn’t receive extra pillows or enough towels. • The shower design allowed water to spill out onto the floor, which was a hassle to clean up daily. • Unfortunately, we found mold in the room, which my son noticed only hours before we checked out. That was disappointing. • The cleaning staff didn’t wipe down counters during daily service — a small detail that makes a big difference. • The Tokyo restaurant was a low point. The service was poor, and the staff were unusually rude. Also, requiring men to wear pants felt outdated, but we complied. • One thing I really wish had been communicated better was the provocative poolside dance show. As a parent, I would have appreciated a heads-up so I could have avoided having my kids out by the pool at that time. • The food throughout the resort was average — about what you’d expect at an all-inclusive. The specialty restaurants weren’t anything special. Despite these drawbacks, we would consider staying here again as a family. The location, cleanliness of shared spaces, and the pool areas were highlights, but we hope management takes some of the feedback to heart.
