  Beautiful property

  Awesome property with views. We came during low season and a lot of things kept getting cancelled at the last minute due to not having the required number of participants usually 10 or more. The food is amazing! Gage who greets you is fantastic and made us feel welcome from day one. Will definitely make this a yearly adventure!

  Must stay hotel!

  We came here for our 20th anniversary. Did the all-inclusive option with friends. I’ve traveled the world, and this was by far my favorite vacation. We loved the laid-back atmosphere and amazing staff. Listen, the food here is out-of-this-world. Best food I’ve ever had at a resort. We loved everything. They don’t talk about the food here enough. You will not be disappointed. We will be back.

  Not bad but not great!

  The service was awesome! The food was really good, and the property has a lot of potential because it is beachfront. However, the property is very dated, especially the bathroom. The stand-up shower with the shower curtain really needs to be upgraded. Honestly, the bathroom was probably my biggest disappointment. The beds could also use an upgrade. That being said, the service was excellent and the food was very good. If you don't rent a car, be prepared to take taxis. For example, our taxi from the airport to the hotel was $48. There were two of us traveling with four pieces of luggage. If you're planning to visit St. John, definitely budget for transportation. You'll need a taxi to the ferry and then another taxi once you arrive in St. John. The ferry was around $8 per person, and the taxi rides were approximately $10–$12 per person each way, based on what we paid. You'll also want to budget for beach expenses. We went to Trunk Bay, and I believe we paid about $20 for a canopy and $10 per person for beach chairs. Prices can vary, so definitely check before you go. Also, keep in mind that if you're traveling during the off-season, some restaurants, activities, and businesses may be closed or operating on limited schedules. One important thing I would say is manage your expectations if you're accustomed to a traditional all-inclusive resort like RIU. This is not that type of experience. I would describe it more as a small, intimate, mom-and-pop-style bed and breakfast. There isn't a lot of entertainment or a ton of activities, so I think it is better suited for a more mature crowd looking for peace, quiet, relaxation, and a slower pace. They did offer a sunset cruise, which was really nice. The host and service were good, there were drinks and a little music, and the sunset was beautiful. It was a very relaxed experience and definitely fit the overall vibe of the property. Overall, I really enjoyed the relaxation, service, food, and beachfront location. If they upgraded the bathrooms, beds, and some of the overall property, I would definitely consider going back. If you're traveling on a budget, I would definitely compare the cost of the room, meals, transportation, beach fees, and activities before booking because those additional expenses can add up. Overall: great service, great food, beautiful location, very relaxing, but definitely dated and in need of some upgrades.

  Best place to Stay!!! Treated like Family!!!

  Tammi and John Williams..we just stated there 10 days and loved everything!!!!! If you want treated like Family where the Owner Dave hugs you and knows your name STAY HERE!! It is so beautiful....Great food!!! Two Restaurants with bars...one is also a swim up bar from the pool. The staff is soooo friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

  We highly recommend this beach resort

  Great experience. Very friendly staff, all inclusive was excellent food and drinks. Comfortable room especially the bed. Never slept better. Host owner David was so friendly and accommodating. We will go back.
