The customer was outstanding. The restaurant we ate at by the name of Fish Nets was clean and the ambiance was on point. The team Deigo, Teresa, Eduardo and Yesler made the meal very enjoyable. The food was cooked to perfection and presented very well. I highly recommend this restaurant as the best one on the resort.

Great experience today with Diego. 10 out of 10.
Diego at Fish nets is as an amazing waiter he made sure we were taken care with blankets taking our picture and even a special treat at the end of our dinner best service we have had I would recommend him to anyone he will make sure you feel at home and went the extra mile by actually showing that he cared about our experience.

First, all the reviews that rave about the service here… 100% accurate! Easily the best service I’ve seen at an all inclusive. A few who deserve shout-outs: Franco at the Foam Pool Bar - kept our drinks filled pretty much every day. By the end of the week we felt like he was an old friend. Estefania at Bites - when we arrived we were tired and famished. She was super kind and even remembered our names when we returned later in the week. Betty and Jocelyn at the spa - both did an excellent job. Now, the layout of the resort is unusual - you have to walk between buildings to get to the main pool and most restaurants and it’s next to the main public pedestrian access to the beach. But there are security personnel to keep non-guests from entering resort buildings and grounds, so it doesn’t feel unsafe. Location-wise Breathless is very close to local nightlife, shopping and services. It’s a little bit longer of a walk than it appears from the resort, but if you bring comfortable shoes you should be fine. Food in the restaurants was very good. Room service was very fast, but food quality was hit or miss. The property is on the older side, and we encountered a maintenance issue that caused us to have to change rooms. It was a little inconvenient, but that would be my only complaint. Overall, I would go back based solely on the excellent service provided by the staff.

My best stay yet
This resort checks all of the boxes with the quality of food and the staff who work so hard to provide a great experience. I was truly impressed and didn't want to leave. I would recommend this place and I look forward to coming back again real soon!

Excellent Service
The service was the best part. Attentive, gave recommendations, nice. Food and atmosphere were a close second. We enjoyed all of the options and fresh food. Gerardo and Yesler took care of us and made the experience! We will be back and love our family in Cabos!
