I’ve visited this resort a few times and as always it continues to exceed my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back. The staff is so friendly and accommodating just about everything I asked for I received without hesitation. There attention to detail and sense of urgency they have with each guest is greatly appreciated

Rooms clean, pillows great, Food in several of the restaurants poor. The Spoon Buffet had great yummy options. Pool clean. Pool bars accommodating. Staff helpful The hotel did a very good job with the wedding planning, beach ceremony and reception

Our experience was phenomenal
Loved the resort. Smelled amazing, very clean, friendly staff and lots of options for meals! Housekeeping staff was very thorough, the xhale membership was absolutely worth it. It's nice to be able to go and retreat to a quiet place with top-notch beverages being served. The rooftop infinity pool was unmatched

The experience left me breathless :)
We love our experience at the Breathless Cancun Soul. My friend and I was surprised on the level of service they provided. From check-in, to day to day activities, late night requests, spa/massage services, dinner setup and entertainment, its a complete package. I love that its an all adult venue, its quiet as there are no kids running down the hallway in wee hours of the night. Everything was automated, from setting up the room lights, tv, room requests and entertainment can be controlled in a tablet. The facilities and amenities looks brand new and well kept. The property smells nice.

your vacations will matter for them!! great hotel & resort
One of the best hotel you can stay if you are looking for be calm and also a great amount of fun and great vibes!!! the best of all is the attention! the beach is very smooth and the views you get for sunset or sunrise are simple amazing from any pool in the hotel, and the most important; your vacations will MATTER for them, I spend there my 10 anniversary and they were the best!!! PD: Ana at the accelerate pool is the best server she will always make sure your drinks taste as you expected just TOP!!
