Beyond my expections
I have never stayed at an all inclusive resort before. My stay at the Buenaventura Grand Resort was fabulous! I am a solo senior female. The staff were wonderful. Very accommodating. Manuel was so helpful and his service and attention made my stay beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this resort for a senior solo female! I will be back! The food was great, room was very comfortable. My housekeeper Luna was wonderful. . Kitchen and food service managers and staff were very attentive.

My experience has been good. I came with 13 people in my family! The reception was very nice and received our company with open arms. The room's are very clean. The eaitresses for the most artare very nice! Especially Guadalupe , Isidro, Roman.

We cannot wait to return
It was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and my daughter and I chose the Buenaventura Grand Hotel, following a friend’s recommendation. It was the best choice and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived and throughout our whole stay, we were treated with the most kindness and attention by all staff. Nolberto was the one who guided us each and every day, offering us familiarity with his friendly greetings and advice. Our ocean view room was airy and clean with the most comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The facilities were beautiful and well maintained daily by hard-working staff. Tall palm trees and other tropical plants adorned the alleys. The food at their beautiful restaurants was the best we have ever had. There were always fresh flowers on each table and candles in the evening. The service was impeccable. We want to extend a special thank you to Isidro, Jorje, Jaime, Andrea, Diana, Gloria and Celso. Every night there were live performances in the main hallway, with the wonderful Mexican Fiesta on Thursdays. We enjoyed walking to the Malecon almost every night, as it is just 10 minutes away. We, also, went on a few day trips to Rhythm of the Night, Los Arcos, Las Animas and Yelapa. The beach is rocky and you will need water shoes so you can comfortably access the water. Otherwise, you can always enjoy the swimming pools. The vendors on the beach who sell their crafts add to the charm of this place. I joined a couple of yoga classes on the beach, and the teacher was incredible. I would highly recommend this resort as the level of services, comfort and beauty that this hotel offers will be hard to match. Thank you, Buenaventura Grand Hotel! We hope to be back one day!

I had a wonderful experience with the activities the hotel provided especially with Ximena and Lupita they went above and beyond to make sure my family enjoyed taking part in the activities!!
