    Casa Marina Resort

    Had a great time at this resort, workers at the pool and entertainment worked hard to give the guests a great time. Especially Carlos and Gabriel! The beach was beautiful but some days it was unavailable because of the rough weather.

    Not a family friendly hotel and they don’t tried to accommodate

    This was the worst experience ever. As a breastfeeding mom, I was expecting a hotel that would accommodate my needs. Unfortunately, the room we were given a freezer to store the milk for the three-day weekend we were staying. When I called the front desk to inquire about possible solutions, I was met with a series of unhelpful responses. I then approached the front desk in person to ask if there was any place where I could store the milk while I was there. The only option they offered was to provide me with ice, which is not a suitable solution for storing human milk, as it can spoil after being defrosted in 24 hours. To make matters worse, I informed the staff that we were traveling from another country and would not be leaving until Tuesday. I kindly requested their assistance in this matter, but they seemed indifferent and unresponsive. To add insult to injury, the TV in our room was also not working. This made it difficult for us to watch movies or TV shows during our stay. Overall, this hotel was not family-friendly and failed to meet our basic needs.

    a good time

    being right in town is a cool experience. food was great. drinks where great. staff was good. our house keeper returned found money i lost. gave a great tip and said thank you. beach is unique. nice sand. rough waters. closed a few days. small. but enjoyed it. but definitely not a classic beach set up . no swim up bar. coral water front is different and enjoyed it. rooms where not good. i was in the oldest part. and you could tell. luckily my wife isn’t picky otherwise we would have been changing rooms. wouldn’t go back but enjoyed it. would recommend for a budget place

    One of the Best we have been to.

    This is one of the best resorts i have been to. We have been there now a few times, and we always have a great time. The food is great, the beach is smaller, but more private and if you like a larger beach , its just a walk away from Susua Beach!. You are just steps away from being in the town, lots of shopping and night life. Staff are very attentive at this resort and they do their best to please. The sunsets are amazing as well.! We will be going again next year.

    Short vacation

    We went to this destination for a short 3-day, 2-night getaway, and this time we decided to stay in the adults-only area. I want to highlight that it’s definitely worth it if you're not traveling with children, as the environment is much calmer and the service becomes more efficient. The check-in process was a bit slow and had some delays, along with the usual confusion at the entrance, with people skipping something quite common in the Dominican Republic. However, I was informed that the check-in for the adults-only area is different from the rest of the resort, which made everything flow much better from that point onward. After that, the experience was much more comfortable and smooth. I want to especially acknowledge the excellent service provided by Mr. Enemencio Almonte at the international restaurant, who was very friendly and professional. Also, bartender Harrison Suarez was always attentive and willing to provide great service. At the breakfast area, Miss Fany Jiménez was very helpful and attentive to all our needs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to consider offering specific activities in the adults-only area and perhaps a separate buffet for the three meal times, as even though the area is privileged, we sometimes had to wait a long time in line to get some food. Improving this could make the experience even more comfortable and exclusive. Overall, it was a very pleasant and peaceful stay, highly recommended for those seeking rest and good service in an exclusive adults-only environment
