Condado Ocean Club Excellent Staff
It was a rough beginning; the island was experiencing energy outages, and there wasn't any running water in my room. Then the next morning, there was water, but it was cold. The second day, the water wasn't hot, so I spoke to Yelena at the front desk, and the problem was taken care of. Yelena is the absolute best! The pool area is nice, but there are only a few umbrellas. The pool is small and very warm. However, the view is nice. The beach area is small and not kept up very well. The room was nice and spacious, but the mattress was very soft. I only went to the restaurant twice, for drinks and another day for breakfast--a good experience. I used the gym (adequate) on rainy days. I agree with other reviewers that the staff is amazing. Also, the location is great.

Attentive, relaxing, fun, easy!
The staff here is awesome, they will stop everything they’re doing to help you! From the time you walk in at the service desk, to the bar to the household staff, you will not be disappointed! The pool is small, but it’s perfect for adult only clientele!

Fire alarm at all hours!
The view in our room was spectacular, but I was disappointed in so many things. The beach is NOT swimmable. The restaurant has odd hours and it seemed like everytime they sat us, we were given one menu than told there is a different menu then told they were closed for an hour But the worst thing was the fire alarm. The freaking fire alarm went off around 11 pm two of the four nights we stayed. It was loud and woke us up and it would turn off. When we called the front desk we were told someone was smoking somewhere on our floor. We did not even receive an apology.

Beautiful view
I really enjoyed my stay. Clean and comfortable. I loved the pool and it's ambiance. Such a beautiful view from my room. The luxury of walking to restaurants and bars was fantastic. The only issue was the bathroom sink was stopped up the entire stay.

TOO MANY DAY PASSES SOLD - BEWARE
Reconsider staying here if you are thinking this will be a beautiful relaxing place to stay. This is not a luxury hotel or a boutique property. You will pay top dollar and they will sell hundred of day passes to outside people to be by the pool while snapping their Insta photos. You will not get a chair, you not get a towel, you will not even have space to get in the small hot pool (which will be murky and unsanitary since it is overrun with non hotel guests). And be prepared to wait for overpriced drinks from rude bartenders (that are frankly just overworked from the "day pass" crowd). They sell more day passes than they have hotel rooms available and day pass people get catered to while as a hotel guest you will be considered a nuisance and be ignored. On a Sunday, we counted 8 hotel guests wristbands but over a hundred day pass guests with no respect for the paying hotel guests. We were disappointed with the entire experience . If you are thinking of paying top dollar to stay at what you think is a small luxury boutique hotel that caters to their guest>>go elsewhere. One of the big chain hotels would have unfortunately been a better choice. Its a shame since the rooms and view with floor to ceiling windows are lovely. Stop selling so many day passes!
