A great hotel with amazing staff . The hotel whilst great has a few quirks . The showers in the rooms are fantastic if you are 5 feet tall , any taller expect to bang your head a few times . The pools again are designed for short people and have no real depth . The is no comfortable seating area , the lobby seems to be a multi tasking area . That said , the food in all the restaurants we tried was excellent and most enjoyable . The hotel is conveniently located for those that like to stroll with a marina and even a great golf course in easy walking distance . All in all we loved staying here.

Nice, intimate family resort!
We really enjoyed our time at Dreams Aventuras in Riviera Maya. It’s a very nice, clean, well-appointed intimate resort that’s great for couples as well as families. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable, with very attentive housekeeping (turn-down service at night with the little chocolates left on our pillows was great!). All of the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, notably Antonio at the front desk, Paulina the concierge at the Preferred Club pool, Amado the bartender at the Preferred Club Bar, and Julian and Ilia at Oceana restaurant. We had a nice, relaxing week and look forward to coming here again with our families.

Girls Trip
Had a wonderful week staff were exceptional food amazing. Plenty of room on the beach no need to rush out and put your towel on the sunbed to reserve . Jorge and Anita looked after us. Anita‘s coffee was the best and no one makes a dirty martini quite as well as Jorge. We stayed in a club room. The beds were incredibly comfortable and whilst there was a pillow menu, we didn’t feel the need. Irma kept our room spotless. William and what was his name? And Pasquale educated us on the delights of real tequila. All in all there was nothing we would thought we had a great week .

Dreams Resort was AMAZING!
Angel was wonderful in keeping our room cleaned, also loved the little surprises of Pringle’s and M&M’s! Jesus did great and super nice checking us in! Antonio was super friendly in checking us out! Ruth and Carla helped tremendously with our 2 excursions Javier was great helping my sister and her friend with timeshare although she wasn’t happy with them keeping her 30 minutes passed the 1.5 time limit. Cristol, Rosario with the hydrotherapy and massage were AMAZING!!! What a wonderful relaxing experience!!! Ok so we all felt like the alcohol was very weak, even when we asked for a double shot. Sure hope you’re not diluting the bottles😳 All staff was extremely friendly and willing to help if we had questions.

All great except need guacamole more available all of the time, room 316 was really loud until 1AM!! Not happy about that all!!! Julio and Antonio were the BEST! also our housekeeper was GREAT, Yolanda. Got a call after midnight last night asking what time to pick up our luggage in our room. Javier was super nice but the"time share" people at Secrets kept me 30 more minutes AFTER I Told them their time was up! Napoli at El Patio was great!! Rosario at the spa was wonderful, the hydrotherapy and massage were amazing! All staff were always friendly, smiling, and helpful.
