This was the best trip we’ve taken in a while. The resort had everything you needed. There was no reason to go outside the resort. Multiple pools to choose from. Multiple restaurants to choose from. The food was great! The kids were entertained. Kid slides were so much fun! Parents were happy. We’ll definitely be back!

Relaxing girls trip
Over all a very nice resort, only one thing about the rooms is that the walls are almost paper thin because you can hear everything from the other rooms. We had to request to be moved to a different room because we had very loud neighbors. Front desk personnel was very helpful and moved us right away. If you are traveling with out kids I would definitely recommend upgrading to preferred club, so that you can have access preferred bars and pools with no kids. Without a doubt have to give a huge shout out to Ismael, the best mixologist at the preffered lobby bar, hands down makes the best drinks I’ve ever had, and he has a great personality. Another shout out to Miguel, bartender at the preferred club pool on the 8th floor. Miguel treated us like royalty, he was very attentive.

The wedding venues were amazing. Everything was so beautiful! And went off without any problems. However, there was not enough entertainment in the evening for adults. Pools and hot tubs and Beach closed at 8:00 p.m. every night. You could not get an alcoholic beverage until after 11:00 about. Certain pools were open at certain times. However, you could not order food from them until 1:30 p.m.. for an all-inclusive resort, I think that they lack when it comes to all-inclusive. They would close down certain restaurants at certain times to open another restaurant so you did not have access to all of the restaurants. However, the hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were beautiful, and the pillows were amazing But the beds were hard. However, each room did come with am with a steamer so no need to worry and pack that in your luggage. And it was also nice that they offer a shuttle for free to and from the airport. The only problem with that is you have to ensure that 48 hours before you leave you reschedule your trip back to the airport which seems to be redundant as they have your flight information already. With that said, my daughter had the perfect wedding and the decor was simply amazing!

Great Wedding Location
Great place, beautiful beach and food. Would highly recommend this as a destination wedding location or a family getaway (which is what I went there for). Also lots of fun activities and I was impressed that even though kids were allowed, it didn't feel like a kids resort at all.
