May 07, 2025Fantastic hotel, fantastic location and fantastic staff
We have fallen in love with Dreams Jardin Tropical. We stayed in an ocean view junior suite and we would recommend, as many below have, opting for the “preferred club” rooms where possible. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are lovely and spacious. Housekeeping were very attentive and our room was always in an immaculate condition when we returned with towels replenished when required. Breakfasts are such a treat, with a large offering of items all freshly prepared and delicious. The main breakfast area is actually much bigger than we initially thought! The staff are helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We were very touched on our first day to have been left a complimentary bottle of fizz and on our second, a lovely birthday card and sweet treats as we were here to celebrate a birthday. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking down to the front and, handily, there is a small supermarket just across from the resort - great for drinks, ice cream and SPF. On one of the nights, my partner was feeling unwell so we ordered room service for dinner which was not only delicious, but also very reasonably priced. There is a towel-on-sunbed-at-dawn culture however there are more than enough sunbeds for all guests. The majority of guests are chatty and friendly - many have stayed at DJT numerous times and have lots of tips and advice for local restaurants and bars. If you are unsure about booking, a gentleman named Rog has a YouTube channel called RogVlog and his review of Dreams Jardin Tropical cinched it for us! We are sad to be leaving and are already planning to return later on the year. Thank you, Dreams Jardin Tropical, for an unforgettable stay!

May review…Amazing hotel
Booked the suit with sea view and preferred services….biggest balcony ever with amazing views! Excellent hotel, very peaceful and the room/food were amazing can not fault anything. Definitely go back to this hotel again! 10/10 and highly recommend people booking here.

Fantastic Stay, 5 Star Experience
From the moment we checked everything surpassed our expectations. The entire team were really accommodating, welcoming and professional the entire time. I would like to personally thank: - Fabian: Preferred Lounge Reception - Candy: Preferred Lounge Reception - Yuri: Housekeeping - Daymi: Spa Team The team above mentioned along with everyone we spoke to were so kind caring and really made our stay so much more enjoyable and memorable. Please pass on my thanks to them personally. We chose the half board and lounge access and it was the perfect combination. The lounge was excellent serving drinks and snacks throughout the day it was nice and quiet and the over service and views from the lounge were great. Our room was inaccurate and the views were breathtaking. We couldn’t fault anything the room was designed very nicely, was large, clean we couldn’t fault it. Overall our stay was 10/10 we would definitely come back to Dreams Jardin. Thank you for having us!!

Perfect stay - a gem of a hotel
We've had an amzing stay in Dreams Jardin Tropical. Our room was very spacious and clean. The housekeeping was very good and cleaned our room to perfection. The location of the hotel is perfect as you can easily choose to have dinner in one of the many restaurants in the hotel or go out and find some really nice restaurants in the area. We opted to take the preferred club option and this is definitely something to consider as you can enjoy breakfast in a more quiet environment and also can enjoy some food and beverages during daytime. The hotel tries its best to accomodate a special feeling by letting musicians ( such as a violin player or a person playing the harp ) to set the mood during breakfast or during our pooltime. Everything was perfect and if we were to ga back to Tenerife this hotel would be our preffered location. Everybody in the hotel was so friendly but I would like to give a special recommendation to the people working at the breakfast - Ana, Shirly, Antonio and Vicky. Everyday you've welcomed us with a smile and made sure we've had everything we needed, from coffee and Latte to pancakes - Eggs Benedict and even crepes. Thanks to you all our day could not have started in a better way and we are grateful for everything you have done for us. You make the difference between a good day and a great day. This hotel is a pure gem and we were fully recharged by the time we've had to go back home. We will surely come back !!!

Stunning Hotel
Stayed for 4 nights - food excellent - staff attentive and friendly - rooftop bar great for sunsets and cocktails -🍹located right on the promenade 5 minute walk to the marina and Playa Fanabe - shout out to Daymi in the Spa very friendly and helpful😄 will definitely book again for a luxury stay in Tenerife.
