Beautiful hotel
Had the loveliest week and would be really picking holes to find fault. The whole hotel 'resort' is beautiful and maintained to a high standard. The pool area is stunning. The first few days we were there the waterfalls and pool heaters weren't working but it honestly didn't detract from the experience. When they did come on it was the icing on the cake. There was live music from dawn until dusk and having live violin / saxophone / cello music played from the bride over the pool during the afternoon was completely unexpected and a real delight. The sunbeds were busy but we didnt have a problem in getting one even if it did take a minute to look around and the pool area was lovely and quiet - yes there were young children playing but it was generally pleasantly free from loud and offensive neds!! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, our experiences in the World Cafe and Babo American Grill were just super; great quality food and very affordable (especially rh world cafe). The breakfasts were fabulous... we could have filled up for an entire day in one sitting. The only very minor downsides were the rooms which were a bit outdated and really lacking in light and power sockets. We were moved rooms thanks to the management and given complimentary fizz and a free meal after our first room had an unsecured adjoining door into the next door room!

Not 4 star for us
Had such high expectations having claims to be a 4 star plus hotel unfortunately it was not . We had a double room it was dark and dingy black mould around shower area poor lighting . Pool area may look nice but honestly we felt claustrophobic to many sun beds and very crammed people putting down towels as most beds are in the shade . Highlights were breakfast and we enjoyed a drink in the sunset bar.

Perfect
We absolutely loved our stay here. Top marks for everything. Fabulous bedroom on the 6th floor with pool and sea view. Super comfy. Buffet breakfast was amazing. We had buffet dinner one evening and it was also excellent. We generally like to go out to dinner in the evenings, and there is an abundance of lovely restaurants in Adeje. within walking distance. The hotel architecture is gorgeous. Very quirky, also. Great pool and pool area. Beautiful lush garden. The most gorgeous smoothies poolside. We did not opt for the preferred lounge option and didn't feel we missed out at all. Very peaceful nights sleep. Shout out to our housekeeping lady, Celia. It will definitely be our place to stay in Adeje in the future.

Lovely place to come back
Our go to place for vacation on Tenerife. It was our 3rd time there and we love everything about this hotel. The staff is very friendly, big enough pool, great bar with very delicious cocktails, great sunbeds and clean rooms. The hotel has everything you need so no need to leave the hotel.

October break
One of the best hotels I have stayed in recently. Spacious rooms and large shower room. Very clean. I stayed half board and the food was excellent three different restaurants plus an incredible buffet with many areas to sit very attentive staff Lunch time violinist by the pool different bands each evening. The pool area was beautiful with palm trees. Our room was located two minutes from the pool area and dining. Perfect.
