  Excellent value | Safe | Friendly | Gets the Job Done

  There were about 70 of us there celebrating my aunt's 80th birthday. Clean, safe, and a resort with happy staff who are eager to help you and seem to enjoy their jobs. The SPA was my favorite part, I had a 80-minute massage and had my hair washed and styled. The staff there including, Asley, Rosie, and Yocate were beyond excellent. I would visit again just for the spa. The lazy boy river--something in that water is magical!!! Food and drinks are plentiful. If you do not want to be around kids all day, just take a 5-minute walk to Breathless next door where the adults are having super fun. Also, the entire resort smells so good! I don't know what they use in the air filters, but they should sell it! I came home with soft skin, refreshed and a bangin' glow. Word to the wise--the resort is huge!! You will do a lot of walking, or grab you a staff person on a golf cart to drop you off. The pools close at 6 pm.

  Santo Halal Food Concierge Dreams Onyx

  We had a wonderful experience at Dreams Onyx, and Santo, our food concierge, was a huge part of it! He went above and beyond throughout our entire stay and truly made a difference in our experience. We required halal food during our vacation, and Santo took care of us from start to finish. Every single day, he coordinated our lunch and dinner arrangements, took our lunch orders, made sure our meals were prepared and brought out, and helped us make dinner reservations with halal options. He also communicated directly with the chefs, managers, and restaurant staff to ensure everyone was aware of our dietary requirements. Having someone so attentive and proactive made the entire process much easier and gave us peace of mind. Santo was responsive, quick to help, and always on top of everything. Whenever we needed assistance, he was there to help and did his best to make sure we were taken care of. Although there were a few minor hiccups along the way, his dedication and willingness to help made a huge difference in our overall experience. We especially appreciated the effort he put into coordinating everything behind the scenes. Thank you, Santo, for your outstanding service, kindness, and dedication. You truly went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for everything you did to make our vacation more enjoyable. Dreams Onyx is lucky to have someone like you on its team! If you’re staying at Dreams Onyx and require halal food, we highly recommend Santo. He made our experience so much easier and more enjoyable!

  Family trip

  Fabulous Experience at Dreams Onyx Punta Cana! My family and I had a wonderful experience at Dreams Onyx Punta Cana. From the service to the staff’s hospitality, everything was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of throughout our vacation. I would especially like to recognize Anthony, the bartender at the Preferred Pool Bar. His service was exceptional! He was always attentive, friendly, helpful, and polite. He makes amazing cocktails and goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and enjoy their experience. His positive attitude and professionalism truly make a difference. Employees like Anthony are what turn a great vacation into an unforgettable memory. Thank you so much for providing such outstanding service! I highly recommend this resort, and we look forward to returning with our family in the future.

  Amazing holiday

  We had an amazing holiday! After a long flight we were tired and there were a few bits in the room that were disappointing; dusty top under the tv, sofa bed not made up for our 3 year old. The patio doors looked tired on the outside. However, the staff rectified what we raised and everything else, we couldn’t fault. The staff in general are amazing but a shout out to Bernice in particular who looked after us, over and above, especially our little boy. Certain people make your holiday that little more special! The entertainment was great. My only advice would be to get there earlier in the evenings if you’ve smaller children and it’s busy. There were nights our little one couldn’t see when sat outside. Despite any, ever so slight, negative comments, we’d be back tomorrow if we could.

  15 year Anniversary Trip

  Everything was amazing! Especially the adult pool area. We had the best concierge, Starling. He took care of everything we needed and was very responsive.
