    Loved this place

    Amazing hotel and beach, staff friendly, kids club was great for my 6 year old he loved it, the ladies there was really nice an always lots of activities for the kids there, would definatly return here again. Plenty of choices for food, buffet quite small but always nice food, snack bar on the beach really good, rooms clean. Entertainment was good. Really enjoyed the italian on the new side.

    Recent November - December stay

    Overall we enjoyed ourselves. The scenery was wonderful, the staff were great. If you are a foody please lower your expectations for the food. It was not the best. The entertainment was great every night!. We had a blast. OH, please prepare to be bombarded at the beach by people selling you stuff, I know it is how they make a living but it was very aggressive and annoying while just trying to chill on the beach.

    Very disappointing vacation

    Buffet was ok. Other restaurants were terrible. Staff was extremely rude and frequently laughed at routine requests (can I have cutlery since none is on table? Can I please have water? Can you please attend to my room as my power has been out for 5+ hours?). The scenery was nice. Hotel is clean but that's the best I can say about it.

    Lovely Resort

    This is a beautiful , well manicured resort. The food is mostly average to some slightly above average. Breakfast buffets, not too creative. The spirits choices are mid tier , even in the Preferred Club. We were disappointed because we had a 2 year old with us and there are very limited options for a toddler and parent together experience. We had a great time, being together and the entire staff is EXCELLENT, but it's not a solid 5 star experience.

    Fun family vacation

    We thoroughly enjoyed our five day family vacation. Our grandson definitely had fun in the “lazy” river. The resort is very well maintained. Food was ok. Drinks were plentiful, but weak. The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows need an upgrade. Would definitely return.
