The staff at the hotel were fantastic and very helpful. They had a great disposition and seemed very genuine about making my daughter and I have a wonderful experience. All the restaurants were great and the food was incredible. The gym was very spacious and Horacio was especially helpful.

The buildings were falling apart around us, water buckets everywhere, pieces of ceiling falling, swarms of bugs in the drains. Find another place that cares about safety and proper maintenance.

Fun times
The Pool entertainment was great! Ronny & Erich were fun! We had a blast playing the aqua games and talking to them. The barefoot grill was also good, we enjoyed the poolside food daily.
