A fantastic stay; a great variety of restaurants serving exquisite, fresh, tasty food; great entertainment; fabulous hacienda suite, wonderful preferred club cocktails, clean beach, excellent pools; reliable Gluten Free meals. Juicy steaks, exquisite shrimps. Memorable dishes. I really cannot fault our stay. We’d been here before and we doubted we could better our last experience but oh, what a special treat. With a mix of restaurants to suit both casual and more formal and intimate dining occasions - or special dining experiences - those with a love of great food will adore Dreams Tulum. Some of our favourites include, breakfast at Portofino or World Cafe, dinner in French Bordeaux Restaurant, or an entertaining dining experience watching the talents at the Teppanyaki table. We were overwhelmed by the excellent skills of Chef Francisco and I would highly recommended a dining experience in the Wine Cellar. Thanks must go to the following who all made our stay extra special: Angel (concierge), Ricky (ent), Victor (ent), Raul (mixologist), Rolando (bar), Victor (bar) Jesus (bar), Javier (dining), Omar, Agustino, Jose…and let me repeat Chef Francisco (he was so good he’s worth mentioning twice!) Best Entertainment Ever!!
Hi! We stayed at the resort for 12 nights and had an incredible time with the entertainment team! It was slower time at the resort but Erick, Alex, Paula, Ricky, Victor, and Raul knew how to keep the party going!!!! Such a great time. Thank you!

First time in Dreams Tulum and will DEFINITELY will not be my kast
Erick is THE BEST! THE SHOWS AND THE VOLLEYBALL GAMES ARE A MUST! ERICK IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND WILL FOREVER SHOW YOU A GOOOD TIME! BARTENDER RAMIRO IS THE BEST AS I HAVE STATED BEFORE AND ERICK...OMGGGGG ERICK IS SOOOO FRIENDLY AMD DEFINITELY KNIWS WHAT A GOOD TIME IS! I LOVE TULUM AND EVERYONE THAT'S THERE!

Dreams Tulum experience
The Entertainment Team @ Dreams is so entertaining. Specifically, Erick and Alex are very personable and have a lot of energy!! They don't forget your face either. If you go to the Sugar Reef Bar, Ramiro is the man to see for the best drinks, and a personable experience!

Dreams Tulum is beautiful, clean & serene. Great landscaping. We loved the fresh food and fruit at World Cafe. The beach is like a post card with it's clear blue water. I went here for my honeymoon and once they found out, they decorated our door with a sign and sent us free champagne. I would say make sure you take a cash for tips. Everyone is very helpful but tips are expected everywhere. I would definitely recommend
