  An exceptional experience

  An Exceptional Experience with Dreams Vallarta During Storm Simon During our stay at Dreams Vallarta, Storm Simon was initially forecast to head straight toward Puerto Vallarta. I am so happy and pleased to share that the resort team acted quickly and took the necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their guests. We were first notified through letters distributed by the staff and instructed to pack our belongings as we prepared to be evacuated to Guadalajara. Transportation was arranged by bus, and we were provided with lunch boxes for the journey. Upon arrival in Guadalajara, we were accommodated at a hotel for two days, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided at no additional cost. Throughout this unexpected experience, Alan Daniel stayed with us and kept us informed every step of the way. His communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring, whether in person, through messages, or by phone. The entire team worked tirelessly to assist the guests and make sure everyone knew what was happening. This was my first experience going through an evacuation while traveling, and coordinating airline arrangements for a group of eight people was overwhelming. However, having Alan Daniel, Josie and the Dreams Vallarta team there to guide us made an enormous difference. I never felt abandoned or left to figure everything out on my own. Instead, I felt safe, supported, and confident that we were in good hands. After seeing social media posts about how some other resorts handled the situation, I became even more grateful for the proactive measures taken by Dreams Vallarta. Thankfully, the storm did not impact the city as initially anticipated, but the resort’s decision to prioritize guest safety demonstrated its commitment to protecting its guests. Upon our arrival back at the resort, we were warmly greeted with a glass of champagne and a mariachi performance. This thoughtful welcome was a wonderful way to return after such an unexpected and stressful experience, and it made us feel truly appreciated and cared for. As a member of World of Hyatt and UVC (Unlimited Vacation Club), I am truly grateful for the way Dreams Vallarta handled this unexpected situation. The team acted promptly, communicated effectively, and remained by our side throughout the entire process. Once it was safe to return to Puerto Vallarta, transportation was arranged for us, and lunch boxes were provided for the journey back. A special thank-you to Alan Daniel, and the entire Dreams Vallarta team. Your professionalism, compassion, organization, and dedication turned a stressful and unfamiliar situation into an experience where we felt genuinely cared for. Emergencies are unpredictable, but how a resort responds makes all the difference. Dreams Vallarta showed us that guest safety and well-being come first. Thank you for taking care of us and making sure we were never alone during this experience. You have earned my gratitude and appreciation, and I will remember the way you cared for us long after this trip. Dreams Vallarta, thank you for putting your guests first!

  Puerto Vallarta October Season

  The check in process was ridiculous with one Hotel Agent available checking guests in while people stood behind for 15-20 minutes, yet there was 4 computers and other staff members standing around. Even though we arrived a bit early, the hotel was more interested in upselling other products and services making us sit and wait for an hour to speak to a hotel representative. A few days into our visit. I went to go get an alcoholic drink (Absolut Vodka) and they had just ran out. I asked if they had more I was told they were out and was offered some other cheap brands which I settled for it and went upstairs. I came back down to get a different drink and I see a brand new bottle of Absolut Vodka on the shelves and I asked the bar tender I thought you didn’t have any more bottles and he had no answer. I was expecting real authentic food at the Mexican restaurant since we were deep in South of Mexico. The food was more like Tex-Mex even though you can order as many plates as you want, the portions were small and not to mention the time it took when you order a second plate. The burgers at the pool area lacked in quality when it came to the meat they ate using. The mini bar in the room didn’t have enough water for the 4 guests in the room and I had to call the front desk since they didn’t replace alcohol beverages after the first night. It’s probably a good thing I came and experienced all this to myself rather than what my colleagues would advise how good Dreams was but I have to say “IT WAS DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST

  Great All Inclusive in the heart of Puerto Vallarta

  Visited Dreams in late September. After visiting multiple all inclusives, this is one of the best. The food (restaurants and buffet) were some of our favorites, with a true all-inclusive menu. My wife is gluten free and they had lots of great options that she actually liked. The Explorer's Club for kids was also a highlight, as our 4-year-old daughters loved her time there. Staff at the preferred club were always one step ahead, anticipating our preferences and requests (ie. Diet Coke). Staff in the buffet were friendly, professional, and gave top notch service. Specifically: Oliver, Alejandro, Agustin, Cesar, Alonso, and Andres. Loved the mid-afternoon pool volleyball from the activities crew as well. 10/10 would recommend Dreams Vallarta Bay for a great family all inclusive vacation.

  Five-Star Service at the Carnival International Buffet

  We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Vallarta Bay few weeks ago. The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff made our vacation truly special. A heartfelt thank you to Alejandro, Max, and Juan at the Carnival International Buffet for their outstanding service and warm hospitality! They made us feel so welcome and were especially wonderful with our family. Traveling with our one-year-old foodie was such a fun experience. Our little one loved trying all the delicious food and, of course, making a little mess along the way! 😂🩷 It meant so much to feel welcomed and comfortable while dining with our baby. The friendly staff, delicious food, and beautiful resort made our stay truly memorable. We deeply appreciated the kindness and attentiveness shown to our family, especially during our meals. Those thoughtful moments made such a meaningful difference in our vacation.

  Amazing resort in Puetro Vallata!

  We had an amazing experience! Joshua was incredibly fun to be around and truly made every day at the pool special. His energy and friendliness added so much to our trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. Even though the beach was closed due to the hurricane, there were still plenty of activities available, so we always had something fun to do. The food was excellent, and all of the restaurants were great. The buffet on the Secrets side was definitely better than the one on the Dreams side and offered more variety and higher-quality options. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation, and we made the most of every moment. We would definitely recommend this resort and hope to return in the future!
