I just want to acknowledge this wonderful lady. I wanted to thank her for all she has done to assist me and my daughter and my grandson. We stay at Eden Rock every year. We love it. I can't express my gratitude enough to Jasmine. She is compassionate and caring. I contact Jasmine every year to reserve our room. I know she will take good care of us. Friendly and speedy reservation assistance
Jasmine from reservations couldn't have been kinder or more helpful during the reservation process. I had to adjust and amend multiple reservations for my team members, and all changes were made correctly and to the exact specifications I requested. She even helped connect me to someone in shipping, so I could discuss some things with them! It was truly a pleasure to work with Jasmine. I felt taken care of and like my business was valued. Great stay, best bell/valet staff, eat NOBU!
Miami is never an easy place to visit even though I’m only an hour north of it and I’m originally from there! I usually only come down for friends or family that are visiting or for the food and wine festival. I hadn’t stayed at Eden rock in like 20 years but our friends from Ireland were there for two nights so we wanted to come stay as well. As expected, we pull up to a totally slammed valet without an inch to spare. The attendants were so kind and efficient! I have a toddler so I’m already extra work as it is. They unloaded everything at lightning speed, and even assembled my stroller perfectly. I specifically saved their names because I was so impressed Esteban, Max, Kenny, and Mackenson. The valet, digital system is flawless and so easy. I forgot the name of our room, but it was gorgeous, with a huge balcony 600 ft.² inside two queen beds and an awesome couch my son loved. Totally awesome bathroom with tub and shower. Everyone at the front desk was wonderful as well. I forgot to get names because I was chasing my kid around. Do yourself a favor and eat Nobu as much as possible. Especially at happy hour. I didn’t love the ocean social food, but it wasn’t bad either. I wish I had got the pizza. It looked good. Breakfast was OK. Ocean water so perfect a little windy so there was no umbrella service. We mostly hung out by the pool, which was really nice. Service all around was always great. We’ll definitely come back just maybe outsource food a little more other than amazing Nobu!

Amazing Birthday Experience!
My boyfriend and I stayed in a King Resort View room at Eden Roc Miami Beach (May 7–11). The room was cozy and well-equipped—with a comfy bed, fluffy pillows, a decent-sized TV, and a fully stocked minibar (note: items come with fees, and there’s a $40 restocking charge if removed). We even had a partial ocean view beyond the pools. I pre-booked spa services and received complimentary champagne there and again at Ocean Social. The highlight of my stay was Ms. Caren from in-room dining—on my birthday, she sang “Happy Birthday” with such warmth it truly moved me. The next day, another staff member surprised me with a slice of birthday cake. That level of service made my stay unforgettable. Eden Roc is lucky to have Ms. Caren!

An amazing
I had a great time at the pool. Beautiful. But the best part it was the exceptional costumer service of Katrina (our amazing server)… She made our experience really memorable. Thank you very much. Definitely I would be back. This hotel is incredible.
