Staff was very hospitable. Food and view was awesome. The beach was absolutely beautiful. Very relaxing and definitely recommend. Santiago, Paulino, Jaime, Manuel were super sweet to us. They helped me organize the romantic dinner on the beach for my boyfriends birthday. Turned out spectacular.

The hotel and staff were very nice and the food at the inside dinner restaurant, which you have to make a reservation for. It was excellent, and the outside restaurant was very good and also no reservation required. The dive shop Pepe's scuba were very accommodating and the massage business near the pool area was very good. Fatima, the evening customer service lady at the front counter is very helpful with any problem you may have.

Vacation
10/10 fun place to stay with a great view and amenities. Have been here multiple times and would always recommend coming back for a nice relaxing getaway with your family or just your spouse. Never a dull moment on the great island of Cozumel.

Come to Cozumel, it’s worth it
I came to cousin Malania for a low-key quiet, tropical vacation, and God exactly what I wanted. The beaches were awesome. The pools were great. The staff was so helpful. It’s an all inclusive hotel stay, tips, optional, but of course I have tips for everybody because then they treat you even better. Paulino was especially nice.. if you do come, I highly recommend that you take a trip totally around the island to see the eastern coast because it is wild and non-commercialized. Climb the lighthouse at Punta Sur for a thrilling view of aqua beaches, waves, sea turtles, saltwater crocodiles, and miles of Palm jungle

The staff was nice, rooms in need of a serious upgrade smelled moldy, and the birds are out of control( Grackles), they should invest in a Falcon, we went to visit another resort and they had no bird problem at all because they had a guy with a falcon there. Food was not to good very basic bland. Ask for strong drinks, very basic house liquors. Nice private beach, beautiful sunsets and free snorkeling.
