  Worst Marriott property ever!

I have never before stayed at more poorly maintained Marriott property. The stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The shower was broken and leaking water all over the bathroom the moment I turned it on. The bathroom sink was completely clogged. The A/C was so noisy and slow, it took almost 4 hours to cool the room to under 28 degrees celsius. The bedsheets and towels had holes in them. They were so nasty that I had to buy my own towels the day I checked-in. The breakfast was so horrible that I could not eat anything other than bread, and that too went out of stock on the second day. The coffee sucked. The worst thing was the lack of a water filling station. No way to drink water at a Marriott property other than pay for it. No ice vending machine. And the policy was to provide only one 500ml of water per person per day. I get that you want to make money, but not providing a water bottle filling station or providing clean drinking water is just criminal. Will never stay at this hotel again or recommend to anyone traveling to Cabo.

  No A/c

Horrible experience the A/C doesn’t work and the rooms are so hot and when you ask the manager they just say it gets fresher at night a lot of people were complaining about the a/c

  Excellent management

I had an issue with a third party booking agency and Rosa the manager was pro-active in attempting to resolve the issue. A true star in customer service. 👏👏👏

  We were robbed

While we were here we had money taken from our room by housekeeping. My money was in the safe and my sons was hidden in his backpack in his socks. The staff must have went through everything to find it. The day after the money went missing- we saw the housekeeper in the hallway. We went to talk with her and she ran into the stairwell and hid there for 20 minutes. When she came out- my daughter talked to her and asked her to please return the money. We offered her a huge reward and told her we would tell the hotel we found the money. When we reported the crime to the hotel- they had us fill out a form and nothing happened. Makes me think the hotel maybe in on it. Look closely at the reviews- there are many problems with theft at this hotel

Less than ideal - NOISY NOISY NOISY

This hotel is across the street from 2 open air nightclubs that were loud enough to wreck multiple nights sleep for me, WHILE WEARING EARPLUGS. The hotel was unable to move us because, like them, people who had endured the noise all requested rooms on the side of the hotel away from the clubs. While these are not luxurious accommodations, I think it's a reasonable expectation of a hotel to provide an environment conducive to waking up rested in the morning. I realize the clubs are not owned by the hotel and are not even on their property, but they are taking people's money while knowingly subjecting them to conditions (albeit offsite) that will not allow them to sleep until after 2am. After complaining to the hotel staff on 2 separate occasions and being told there was nothing they could do, I complained on Marriott's corporate website. They sent me an email regarding the situation but the damage was done. I would highly recommend you ask for a room away from the night clubs (even number rooms) should you decide to risk staying here. I actually got 2 good nights of sleep on the side of the hotel away from the clubs. However, by that time I was so tired I think I could have slept in the elevator without issue.
