Comfortable and welcoming
Azul restaurant was amazing. Pablo, Abi, Luis and Miguel (bar) were outstanding, friendly and professional. Would absolutely recommend!

Good times at the Friendly!
I hadn't been there in about 10 years, but most of the long-time staff remembered me. It was like going and seeing friends after a long time. Thank you to Raul, Sergio, Calucha, Abigail, Teo, Katia and Broulio There have been some changes for the better like the infinity pool and additional restaurants. One thing I did not like was the towel game for the beach beds but that is unavoidable and NOT the resorts fault. I will be back again

The food was unimpressive, it definitely is more catered to US residents who love hamburgers, hotdogs, and fries. Minimal authentic Mexican cuisine. The pools and hot tubs were often difficult to get a spot in, unfortunately adults wouldn’t get out for hours which made me question the cleanliness- but that’s not on the hotel itself. The location of beach chairs was great, but first come first serve so we often had to wake up early to get a chair. The buffet was mediocre, but the food at the restaraunts were average. Budget friendly, but my husband and I would spend more money going to a nicer place for the food alone. Staff were so kind though

Relaxing Fun
Hotel Friendly Fun was a great experience for the family. Super friendly atmosphere and plenty to do to keep the little ones busy. I would say this is a family and kid friendly hotel but there is an adult section for those who would like to enjoy some time away from all the splashing and screaming. I had the pleasure of dining at Frida, the food was excellent and the restaurant was nice in cool, which you can appreciate during the hot and humid months. Hotel Friendly Fun is now on our "Visit again" list. CHEERS!
