I had a wonderful experience at Garza Blanca Reserve, Puerta Vallarta! Everyone was very helpful and friendly- in particular, the manager and hostess Elaine at Blanca Blue, and her support staff Mario, Pablo and Alexis were supremely helpful and kind!

Always a great time at Garza Blanca!
This marks our 4th visit to Garza Blanca in Puerto Vallarta and we always have the best time. The amenities are top notch and our one bedroom unit was immaculate. However, the greatest feature is the staff. Everyone is kind, warm and thoughtful. The staff at Blanca Blue is exceptional and this is due in part to the manager Elena, her hostess, Emily. The following wait staff also paid special attention to us, Oscar, Juventino, Jose, Francisco, Mario, Alexis and Pablo. The poolside staff were all special as well, including event coordinators Salvador, Jasmin and poolside waiter, Rigoberto. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great property and staff
Wonderful place! Clean, quiet . Good food and great service! The grounds are very pretty, I felt like I was in Hawaii! My room attendee Blanca was wonderful! Pool attendant Roberto was awesome! Bartenders were great also .

Our experience was extraordinary. We stayed at our room 3593 B. The young lady young lady Andrea that took care of us was fabulous.!

Stunning views, good food, incredible staff
Beautiful, stunning resort with an incredible staff. Tony, Salvador, Rod, Oscar, Jose, and Zaim are all wonderful and so kind and friendly. Javier at Bocados was wonderful. Elaine at Blanca Blue made us feel so special. Great staff, amazing food, beautiful location. We LOVE Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta and the entire team there.
