Shuttle pickup arranged through Palladium can be better. Instructions aren't very clear. Return shuttle check in process isn't great either. Beach is unusable right now due to sargassum. Front desk staff is absolutely unfriendly. Room did not get cleaned thoroughly and no new towels or bin cleaned on couple of days. Property is beautiful. If Staff and Service were great, this would be 5 star.

Jun 29, 2025Sumptori restaurant high of a disappointing experience
It was fun and exciting. We went to the Japanese restaurant Sumptori. The kids liked the fire show but earlier in the show the chef poured water over hot oil which is a HUGE NO NO and splattered my wife and daughter with hot oil! He apologized but still… I would say go but it’s dependent on your chef’s experience I suppose.

Teppanyaki Restaurant Experience
The Japanese restaurant was very good. The hibachi experience was a great time and our chef, Armando was very entertaining. Jesus was a great server and was very attentive.

Best holiday ever
The best holiday we’ve ever had, hands down. The rooms were beautiful, the staff were amazing, the hotel was stunning and the food was fantastic. We had no issues with restaurant reservations and tried all the restaurants available and couldn’t fault any of them. The drinks were also lovely and any bar would make any drink you requested, whether it was on the menu or not! We will definitely come back here one day, it was 12nights in paradise!
