    Okay experience at this all inclusive resort

    Grand Palladium overall is a nice resort. Very disappointed they did not provide clean washcloths when requested. Everyday we were told "no washcloths are available. The drinks at the bar are made with a watered down "house liquor. You have to ask for "top shelf" liquor.

    Awesome!!

    This was our first time visiting Jamaica. We had a wonderful time at the Palladium Resort. We were in Villa 13 and were surprised that we had to take a cart to get to our room (YaY). Lucky for us our villa was close to the action so we walked most days. We want to say thank you to our housekeeper Karlene who kept our room clean and fridge stocked. Thank you to Kerone, one of the pool managers who completely catered to our needs. He brought us food from the grill, found us a nice spot to chill and kept our glasses full. Special shout out to the bar tenders at the pool bar, JUNIOR!! He was our fav, Rickia, and the Trainee Brittney( it was a different spelling) Thank you all for making our experience great. By the way, we never had a problem with towels or loungers. We always found two. Thank you!
