Read before making your decision to go!
The good of this Resort is it’s absolutely beautiful even post hurricane. Construction to repair the resort is happening but that didn’t change the beauty of this place. Been to many other resorts in the past and I personally believe that this is the most beautiful resort I have been to! The housekeeping staff was absolutely amazing in building 33 as well! Now onto why I’m leaving a 2 star review. The food was not that great in my opinion. Dry chicken, dry pork and dry desserts to start off. Ordered 4 tuna sashimi at the Asian restaurant and received 4 pieces of sashimi and the fish was brown and smelled fishy. The drinks were subpar to other resorts I have been to in the past such with that being alcohol content being way too much or not any at all to drinks not tasting like how they should at all. Poolside waiting staff would somehow disappear after 1pm and wouldn’t see them the rest of the day. It would also seem like most of the staff didn’t want to be there at all and wouldn’t absolutely show it towards guests. Went to the sports bar one night and walked up to the bar and asked for a simple red stripe beer, bartender acted like it was a chore to do his job then turned around to a beer that was 3/4’s full sitting beside him and filled it up and handed it to me. Many buffet waiting staff would get visibly irritated with drink requests as well. I’m honestly probably missing a lot more on this review but just wanted to express the things that irritated me the most. I personally would not recommend going to this resort for anybody but would highly recommend someone to go to Jamaica just because of how beautiful this island is!

R&R
The people of Jamaica are resilient and warm. After a rough year, we really needed some R&R and GPJ delivered. While there were a few hiccups, the staff try really hard to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. Highlights include the Indian a la carte (EVERYTHING was delicious), lobster at the buffet and the passion fruit danish at the cafe. The resort and beach are secluded. No foot traffic walking by means the location is secure and no one is selling you things. If you are going to Jamaica and are able, they still need supplies (school supplies, feminine hygiene etc), Carine at the front desk make distributing these things very easy. Thank you GPJ.

Amazing kids club
Just want to say how amazing all of the staff were here. They made us feel so welcome and the kids club, wow, my daughter Ariella never wanted to leave them. Huge thankyou to all of the staff Tashee and Shaquana and the rest!! You were incredible and all of the activities, especially building confidence for them to perform on stage - highlight of our daughter’s holiday. We were so proud of her. The pools are fabulous and we really enjoyed our stay. Big thank you. Adele, Dan and Ariella xx

Horrible customer service for Palladium in general
We had a vacation scheduled to this resort for November 2025. The hurricane in Jamaica hit and we canceled the vacation weeks before our scheduled dates, obviously because of the hurricane. We were told upon cancellation that we would be refunded our deposit. It has been two months since and we still have not been refunded our deposit. We have called every number we can find and all they do is to tell us to email all these different emails. We have emailed multiple people and nobody seems to be able to process our refund. This would be understandable if the head of financials for this hotel group was located in Jamaica and they were still recovering from the hurricane however, the head of this group is located in Spain and therefore has no excuse. We will not be booking with them again as customer service is super hard to work with
