Overall the property around is very pretty. But the rooms we got were terrible!! We went in a group of 7 all three rooms were disgusting. Very old & musty. Apparently they don’t really clean the rooms when they are turn over to new guests. They just “change the sheets and that’s it” but even the sheets & pillows smelled musty. Had to get the new ones changed. The restrooms were old & dingy broken toilet old tarnished fixtures. The food was horrible. Buffet food is really greasy & doesn’t taste that fresh. The cold food isn’t kept at the best temperature. And not that many options. If you are traveling with kids it’s very very limited for kids who eat the typical chicken fingers fries pizza etc. Food does run out so you have to be up at the crack of dawn if you want to eat at the buffet.

This resort is trying BUT
Between the cigarette smoke soaked rooms, terrible attitude from staff, cleanliness, rude bartenders, getting harassed on the beach by guys with birds forcing them on you and making you pay for pictures on your own phone. 3 days of no water in the rooms, Food left out and not at the right temperature, bathroom tub smelled like sewage. So scared to shower or even drop anything in the tub etc. I would Never go back.

Amazing
Great hotel, the stay was amazing. The food was delicious and William by the swim up bar was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend and I will be coming back!
