The swim up room was a great choice! Service was excellent. Buffets and restaurants were delicious! Many choices! Traveled with our son and his family. A perfect choice for young children!

I would say its pretty standard and for the right price (Well south of 2000 cad) you should enjoy yourself. My only major critique was service was very spotty. Pool staff were great but then when you get to the restaurants very often I found my self chasing staff down just to get water. A few times I finished my meal before even being offered wine. There are great staff who aim to offer great service and it shows but they are about 1 in 3 event. Also love that the adult pool is open until midnight. Never had a resort allow swimming so late. Very big resort with lots of options for beach, pools and eating. Even thought the two buffets offered the same food, the quality seemed much better at Behique for whatever reason. One last thing, they will offer you free tickets if you go for the Travel Club presentation. Just say no and walk away. Dont even entertain it. They tell you the whole time its your vacation your time, but then go on to waste if for hours. Refusing to tell you the numbers. I was interested. Just tell me the numbers and they just keep saying we'll get to that and then go on to talk about it more. Made no sense. I just got up and left after a few hours of this nonsense of dealing with 8 different ppl. I can write a whole thing on this BS.

Changes are need to be good. The baddest problem is the service. From all punta cana, and polo dont like brazillians here. But its fine next time i change my destiny. Gl for your resort.

Easter Vacation
We have had a fantastic 2 weeks here. Most of the staff were fantastic and looked after us well. This is our second stay here and we are already planning on coming back
