    Perfect stay!

    We are just back from a great stay at Grand Palladium! I must admit I was a bit cautious after reading some of the bad reviews on trip advisor and was worried particularly about getting food poisoning. Thankfully this didn’t happen and we had a wonderful stay! Staff- Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Starting with Simon who checked us in, he was very helpful in explaining the map of the hotel and made us feel welcome from the start. Also a special shout out to Francis(?) from the Italian restaurant Portofino and to Oscar the waiter in the main lobby. Oscar is very pleasant to speak to and always smiling! Restaurants - we ate at the Indian restaurant, Portofino (Italian) and El Dorada steakhouse. Unfortunately we had booked the Tepanyakki but had to miss this as we were on a day trip and not home in time :( Portofino was highly rated and the cocktails and desserts in El Dorado were superb. Insects: As an FYI, I got a lot of bites this week so recommend bringing mosquito spray. This is nothing to do with the hotel but an FYI for future travellers. Room: The room was large, spacious and clean. My only complaint is that the shower tray fills quickly and if you aren’t careful can spill into the bedroom as well as the bathroom floor. Location and Hotel amenities: The location is brilliant. Three pools, an air con gym. Overall really pleased

    My Stay

    The resort was very nice, food plentiful, staff friendly and helpful. The only annoyance were the flies while eating in Torres, Poseiden, and Behique. A variety of pools, Beach can use new chairs since many were broken. Bars had a variety of liqour and bartenders were always friendly and efficient. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.

    Zero customer service, they don’t care and they lie

    We did not get the upgraded room that we paid for until we fought for it. Then they considered themselves giving it to us, even though we had a receipt to prove that we paid for it would not compensate us in any way.

    Wouldn’t come back ever again

    Staff are horrible and rude food was cold most nights overall place is very stunning but gets ruined by everything else unfortunately!
