Nov 01, 2025Great resort, hardworking and overall friendly staff. Great location
We had a great stay, 95% of the staff are so friendly and very helpful. Loads of activities for all the family. Would recommend to all!! Our only downside was housekeeping were watching reels on their phones outside our room at 7:30 every morning. Sounded like they were in our room with us.

The beds were amazing and it was comfortable to washrooms, which were good as well. but in one of the washrooms there was mould in the bathtubs. and parts where the Jacuzzi was, .

Had a great time at this resort. The staff was great which made our time amazing. The housekeeping and entertainment staff were great.

This was a Horrible experience. I do not recommend this brand or this location. The staff was lazy and didn’t care. The bathrooms were disgusting with feces all over the toilet. One of the lobby restrooms had no paper in it. I had to go to the door and yell for someone to bring some in Spanish. No one took our drink order at one or the restaurants. We ate our entire meal with only table water. They put the blue cheese Quattro formaggio pizza and acted perplexed when I brought it to their attention. Someone threw a used Kleenex in the cheese wheel at the Italian restaurant and a staff member simply took the Kleenex out but left the cheese wheel for guests to continue getting their cheese from. They messed up my sisters transfer. There was mold on our balcony. Our sink leaked for two days before someone came to fix it. Meanwhile water would pour onto the floor if used. We couldn’t get any beverages in our room that we like but they called it all inclusive. There was so much soliciting on property that it made it hard to enjoy your time there. When I brought it to their attention they simply said thank you for your feedback. This is a horrible brand.

Food is not good and most of the restaurants were close to inedible. Staff is half friendly half not and have made the experience worse overall. There are many solicitors across the beach and resort trying to sell cigars/Knick knacks and other random stuff even at the pools well inside the resort. The alcohol was included a plenty however and was not given sparingly.
