The staff at this resort and the best! They go above and beyond to make your stay special. Leandro at guest servoces answered all of our questions. A special shout out to Francis at the hotel. He made the trip spectacular and I would come back just because of his wonderful service. The food was delicious!

Excellent vacation

WE LOOK 👀 FORWARD TO SEEING HER EVERY YEAR, as she helps us with every mishap & problem we have. When we think of FAMILY AWAY FROM HOME - 1st on Our List is MARITZA !!! She is ALWAYS GOING BEYOND the Normal to help us & has become FAMILY to Us !! Every Year Marika makes Our Paladium visit OUR BEST VACATION EVER !! Margo - @ the BEST Housekeeper ever !! Manuel- Excellent Butler @ Building 19, always ready to help & assist us in anything we need !! He is “Our Family” Too !!

I would not recommend the resort to anyone. The rooms need a complete overhaul.The guest services wasn’t very friendly. The bars and transportation was on point.

Friendly staff was best part. Rooms were not nice enough for money. Ools need more chlorine and cleaner water. Rooms that you tried to sell are what the rooms should be anyway. Staff get passing grade. Accommodations don’t .and having and entire part of the compound closed was disappointing
