Was here on a couples holiday. We don’t usually do all inclusive so we were a bit apprehensive no need to be as we were so much looked after the whole 2weeks we only left the complex for 6 hours out of the 2 weeks as there was so much to do. I would like to say a few thanks to everyone who was so nice and respectful. Especially ANTONIO in Aura swim up bar. Including Ivanue. Luis. A big thanks to Janet in Marimba and not to forget chefs Mewa and Bruno. In Carna including all the staff in carna for such a great event. To all the entertainment staff who go out there way to make everyone feel welcome and who were the to make sure everyone had a fantastic holiday. Hopefully we can all catch up again over the next few years THANKS AGAIN TO EVERYONE FOR YOUR LOVE AND RESPECT from room 1509 cheers 🍻

Chef Bruno at Carnal is s an amazing chef! Food here is top tier!!!! We had smoked salmon appetizer, and sea bass then a decadent caramel dessert!

Meruin poot at the el carnal restaurant was wonderful! And amazing and engaging waiter that made our dinner experience 10x as fun with already amazing food and entertainment!

What a night!!!
What a fabulous experience! The food was amazing, the staff were attentive & the entertainment was brilliant! Absolutely highly recommend this place for an evening meal! Top tip- stay until the entertainment staff say goodbye otherwise you’ll miss out on the full experience!
