This was our second time at the resort, and it was even more memorable and relaxing than the first visit! The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. Mario, Oscar and Gabriel at the Zen pool are truly wonderful! Our concierge, Antonio, truly made the whole trip special. The staff at Azul made the start of each more so special! We look forward to our next visit!!

Amazing!
Santos our concierge was great and the servers at the pool Luis, Miguel and Jose were amazing! We had great time the staff made our experience remarkable! The weather was just right! Warm enough and not too hot and the gentle breeze! The pool huge and not crowded very clean!

Phenomenal vacation
This vacation was one of a kind. The resort is beautiful, the service is exceptional, the food is out of this world. Kids Club is the best - our 8yo had a blast, and we got to enjoy some us time for a change. Secial thanks to our concierge Iza for taking such great care of us, literally - around the clock. We can't wait to be back!

Top Spring Break trip -Grand Velas-Amazing
Grand Velas is a beautiful resort! We just spent a week there with two rooms in the adult area of the resort. I can not say enough about the place, food and especially the service. For an all-inclusive resort, it surpasses any we have experienced. A family owned all-inclusive resort is a rarity these days. I believe this is why the resort stood out to us and will continue to be successful. Our private concierge, Aaron Ruiz could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Aaron checked in on the What's Up App daily with activities for the day, made all dinner and activity reservations, as well as anything we asked for. He was truly apart of making this vacation extremely relaxing for us. We had multiple servers at the pool that were amazing as well! Yasmine, Mario & Javier were our fantastic pool and beach servers! Juan made our breakfast and a few dinner experiences enjoyable as well. The Spa was one of my Top 3. Our Favorite dinner was the Tasting Menu at Cocina de autor. Even my children/young adults enjoyed the variety, presentation and taste! We opted in for the wine pairings with the tasting menu which we enjoyed thoroughly. Lucca (Italian restaurant) was our second favorite! Food was amazing and the saxophone player was an added benefit over dinner. My children enjoyed the Jet Skiing, which we could do right from the resort. Alo the head of the water activities was so kind and helpful. Kayaking the boogie boards, paddle boards and even a ride on the mini catamaran from the resort was great to keep us busy. Pools, yoga, bike tour and white sand beach, we will definitely return or possibly visit their newer resort in Los Cabos! Thank you for an amazing week Grand Velas family!

Impeccable service and gourmet food
We have stayed at the Grand Velas in Puerto Vallarta many times. This was our first trip to Cancun and it was wonderful. The food is extraordinary, especially the Autor restaurant which has a Michelin star. Can’t recommend it enough. And the service level was impeccable. Aaron, our concierge, took care of us perfectly with organized trips for Snorkeling with turtles and more. Thank you Aaron for the best vacation ever! Jack
