Casual Dining Plan:
Dining Plans include daily full American or Continental Breakfast, lunch, and a 2-course dinner at participating Atlantis dining venues. (The 2-course dinner includes an entrée and a choice of appetizer or soup or salad, or dessert).
Dining Plan begins with dinner on the night of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. One meal per meal period – no progressive dining allowed.
All guests in a room on a dining plan must dine together, at the same time and at the same restaurant.
• To ensure a seamless check-out experience, guests must request separate checks when dining with guests from other rooms.
• For accounting purposes, guests are required to sign checks for each meal; the cost of plan inclusions will not appear on the guest room folio.
• Dinner reservations may be required for some participating restaurants and is subject to availability.
• Dining plans do not include specialty or kosher meals and surcharges may apply to some menu items. Also, at certain restaurants, menu restrictions may apply.
• The value of unused meals is non-refundable, may not be redeemed at non-participating restaurants or in conjunction with room service orders.
• Dining Plan includes drip coffee, tea, iced tea, lemonade, fountain soda, fruit punch, and juices (canned soda where applicable). It does not include alcoholic beverages, sports drinks, bottled water, and bottled beverages, which will be billed separately.
• Complimentary beverage only included while dining at participating restaurants.
• Parties of 12 guests or more will be required to choose from an abbreviated fixed menu. Table sizes and configurations will be based on availability and cannot be confirmed.
• Participating restaurants, hours of operations, and working days are subject to change without notice.
• Guest may dine at non-participating restaurants or In-Room Dining at full cost.
• Dining plan and terms and conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of the resort.

    We will day visit next time.

    Beautiful resort, had great aquariums, and a fun water park. Casual restaurants were all overpriced, fine dining was priced as expected. Could not tell you why a can of Diet Coke was $4.50 but a reg Coke was only$2.50. Restaurants had inconsistent hours with no signage on operating hours. Room had bugs in kitchen, ac was broken stayed at 78 and smelled musty. Maintenance came he said it was way too hot and brought in some fans which helped at night.

    Ok but bathroom showers need to be cleaned. There is mold around the shower door, which is an easy fix.

    Harborside villas were upgraded with beautiful colors, but the bathroom showers still need to be cleaned. It is so unacceptable to see mold in the bathroom.

    Home away from home

    Atlantis does not compare to other Caribbean vacations. The scale of the property is amazing. Glad to see the upkeep has been maintained throughout the years.

    NOT up to MVC (Marriott Vacation Club) standards.

    Harborside is NOT up to the Marriott Vacation Club standards. I am shocked they put their name on it. The service was rude, like they didn't want us there. The rooms we had were horrible. We had a flood in one due to a/c and it flooded the bathroom and got the bedroom floor (and all of my items on floor) wet, and they wanted us to put a fan in there. It smelled so bad we requested another room. We got if after waiting 2 hours and the place was not full/crowded at all. That room had its own issues too. Duck tape holding the microwave together, trash under the sink, a/c only went down to 73 degrees, no iron, no kitchen towels, no extra bedding for pullout, no heat in dryer, rust in fridge. Just run down and in need of refresh. But the customer service needs a total overhaul. The only good thing was that we got to use the Atlantis. And the pool was nice and big.

    Amazing resort

    The resort is amazing although pricy. End of August seems to be the time to go as the water park and pools were nearly deserted with lines almost non-existent and seating poolside in abundance.
