  Miami Beach Weekend

  Our stay at the Hilton Cabana Miami Beach was an enjoyable experience. Our waiter Nico was very courteous and attentive to our inquiries. While we're having a fun day at the beach, Nico provided us with useful information about the hotel restaurant menus and popular drinks/cokctail from the bar hotel. He went over our orders and his service was exceptional.

  Short but pleasant

  Short stay but the entire staff was polite and helpful. Adriana was extremely helpful in the restaurant with my 2 year old.

  This Is NOT a Resort

  Our experience at the Hilton Cabana Resort in Miami, FL, was incredibly disappointing and fell far below the expectations you would have for a Hilton property, especially one marketed as a resort. The condition of our room was unacceptable. The shower flooded the bathroom on multiple occasions, and the paint at the bottom of the shower was peeling off, sticking to our feet, and clogging the drain. There was virtually no storage space in the bathroom and very little storage in the room itself. These are basic accommodations that should not be issues at a hotel of this caliber. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. We went to the front desk more than nine times to express our concerns and try to get the issues with our room resolved. We also spoke directly with the manager twice, and not once were we offered a single meaningful solution. No real effort was made to address our concerns or make things right. It was frustrating, disappointing, and honestly unacceptable. On top of the room rate, guests are charged a daily resort fee, yet you still have to pay extra to rent an umbrella on the beach. The food and drinks were mediocre at best, making the additional costs even harder to justify. Let’s be clear: this is a hotel, NOT a resort. A resort should offer quality accommodations, attentive service, and amenities that justify the extra fees. Unfortunately, this property did not deliver on those expectations. The one positive aspect of our stay was the beach itself, which we thoroughly enjoyed, along with the fabulous beach waitstaff, who were friendly and attentive. They were easily the highlight of our experience. Overall, the beautiful beach cannot make up for the poor room conditions, disappointing food and drinks, excessive additional charges, and lack of accountability from management. Having to raise the same concerns repeatedly without receiving any meaningful help is not the level of hospitality we expect from Hilton. Save your money and manage your expectations. We came to Miami looking forward to a relaxing getaway, but instead spent far too much time dealing with issues that should have been handled properly the first time. We would not return to this property and cannot recommend it based on our experience.
