My husband had a scratch which unfortunately bled in the night. We asked for the bedding to be changed, only to end up with sheets from someone else who had obviously bled. We did ask for sheets to be changed and the whole bedding was changed. So dealt with efficiently and satisfactorily. We mentioned that we had already paid for an upgraded room with a sea view but we're not happy with our allocation. The lady on reception listened to us and offered us other options. When we said we didn't want to pay any extra. She listened and accommodated our request. So, we were happy with our reallocated room. Staffa nd location of this hotel was fab. Staff were friendly and efficient and location was brilliant for getting around waikiki. All in all, I would book this hotel again. Lifts were also good and quick. We were never waiting too long for a lift.

Our recent stay was truly enjoyable, largely thanks to the exceptional service we received right from the start. Sachiko at check-in was an absolute gem! She provided excellent service, ensuring we were taken care of and that our room was perfectly suited for our needs. Her attentiveness made a fantastic first impression and set the tone for a very pleasant experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Always beautiful
This is a great Waikiki beach location if you’re ok with a busy and big resort vacation. Everyone I encountered from bellhop to pool drink servers to housekeeping were all very pleasant and helpful. Stayed in Rainbow tower as it’s my favorite Diamondhead and beach view, but the rooms that aren’t updated yet are really in need of it! Over the last year it seems like there have been more updates around the grounds, which is good to see as areas were getting a little shabby shortly after the pandemic.

Taylor is the best experience I’ve had at the Hilton Hawaiian Village!
I have to give a major shout out to Taylor at the front check-in of this hotel. I had to change buildings. And the check-in to transfer over would’ve been 4 o’clock. However, I have a disability, and I had to get into the room sooner. Taylor expedited this situation and made it easy for me to not have to stand in line and be in discomfort. She recognized my special situation and took care of it immediately. Hilton is lucky to have Taylor on their staff. Thank you, Taylor for being there for me!

Loved it!
We stayed in the tap tower which was beautiful and looked like it had been recently refurbished. We had an ocean view room which was gigantic with a beautiful bathroom and dressing area as well. The elevators were always speedy. Room and the balcony were great. There was always action going on around the Hilton Hawaiian Village group of hotels. I believe there are eight different towers there. The beach and pools were very nice and you could always see many people surfing and sailing. It was beautiful everywhere. Everything there was very nice and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
