Perfect for a Family Reunion
We had an amazing week at the Hilton Tulum Rivera Maya. A big thanks to the all-star staff at the kids club, including Emma, Angel, Bel, Roshy, Cristal, Montse, Mich & Joss. They took amazing care of our 4, 8 and 10 year old. Our eldest said it was the best kids club program she has ever been to because they always have carefully planned activities and allow for some free play. Thanks so much!

Great family resort
Great kids club. Thanks to angel, Emma, mich, bel, Montse, joss, rosy. Excellent in handling my daughter’s food allergies- thanks to all the waitstaff, managers, even buffet employees- Raquel, korala, Andrea, Freddy, Jose- they were all stellar! Only issues was the AC, but I know it’s Tulum and it is hot and humid. But our room felt damp all the time. Other than that this is an amazing family resort

Beautiful Resort, Mediocre Service
Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya is a beautifully appointed, spacious resort, but lacks a sense of hospitality towards guests.

Honest review
Beautiful resort, staff was amazing, rooms were amazing. I did forget a few things and was able to get items from house keeping without charge. Only issue is if you want ocean view make sure you get a room on the 3rd level. The trees and greenery really blocked our view. We roomed in 2245 and couldn't see anything from thr balcony. Also plan foe transportion as the hotel will charge for more. They around 25 mins from downtown. Cab will be cheaper to book round trip then 1 way. 50 dollars one way, we tried to grab a cab back and were getting outrageous prices to return. Upwards to 90 usd.

Memorable family holiday made special by the team at the kids club
Context We are a family of 4 with an 8 year old boy and 6 year old girl. Travelling from London from 29th July to 5th August. We just returned from a week at Hilton Tulum. It was one of the best holidays we have had. We mainly stayed at the resort and this was great for the week we stayed. I was able to work from the hotel room quite nicely. Highlights The rooms are spotless and extremely comfortable. The resort as a whole is fantastic. The kids club was the star of the show. The staff, Joss, Bel, Krystal, Angel and Emma are the best we’ve come across and a real credit to the resort. It’s as good as sending your children to a top notch daycare centre! We’ve always been reluctant to use kids clubs but our kids loved it there with the kindness of the team and the top notch program and facilities they had there. The pools are great and never felt crowded. Great selection of restaurants and the set menu restaurants make a nice change to buffet food. We are all vegetarian and the reason I mention this was that the selection of food for us was great. The gym is superb and we used it everyday. The onsite cafe is very good and the coffee is great. The concierge team especially Jesus were really helpful and put emphasis on the fact we were having fun. Points to consider The food options for kids are limited. You can get pasta but thats about it. Could have had more help with excursions. There’s lots we could do but the one time we did I got ripped off. I’d have paid for Hilton resort arranged trips. The shops onsite are way too expensive and make airports look cheap. If you’re staying with kids then you’re best off staying in Casa 6. Summary All in all it was an amazing family holiday and the resort gets high marks for supporting this. Again special mention goes to the Joss, Bel, Angel, Emma and Krystal in the kids club. They went the extra mile to make sure all the kids and families had the best time. We would have no hesitation in going to Hilton Tulum again. Ps - the wildlife is amazing. I like the iguanas aka Mexican squirrels all very unique personalities
