Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy:
Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.

Resort Fee: A mandatory hotel-imposed fee is charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out.
Mandatory hotel-imposed resort fee inclusions:
• WiFi Internet Access in Rooms
• Use of Beach towels/chairs
• Use of Snorkel Gear and Cooler
• All Calls to United States and Canada
• Use of safe at Front Desk
• In-room Coffee
• Weekly Manager's Reception (Mondays 4-5 pm)
• Use of Computer/Printing Kiosk
• Access to Books, DVD's, and Board games

• A limited number of pet friendly rooms are available, please call ahead for availability. Pet friendly rooms are located on the first floor only.
• Dogs accepted. There is a dog fee of $35 per night, per animals up to 15lbs.
• Maximum number of dogs per room is two.
• Pets in the room must be crated at all times. If there is any evidence of the pet not being crated in the room there will be $250 cleaning fee.
• Pets must be on a leash or securely carried outside of guest rooms and under control at all times.
• In consideration of all guests, pets must be attended to and under control at all times. Pets should not be left alone in a room or automobile.
• All pets and service animals must be declared at check-in. This is very important because it provides our staff with key information about the occupants of each room.
