We love Hotel Xcaret Mexico phase 1 ! Our butlers Alejandro Barrera, Juan Pablo Velazquez , and Brandon Albavera were exceptional hosts and made our experience unforgettable as we celebrated our daughter’s birthday. Our rooms were wonderful and the hotel is a work of art. The new phase of the hotel is beautiful but a bit difficult to navigate and isn’t running as smoothly as phase 1 just yet. Also both phases seemed more busy than in the past. Additionally the music was quite loud in the restaurants which made it less relaxing for some of the meals. Overall we highly recommend phase 1 of hotel Xcaret Mexico and cannot wait to return.

Amazing Wedding and Vacation Experience
We got married here and it was an absolute dream! The whole resort is so unreal, it’s not like any other resort I have ever been to. It’s so stunning and there is so much to do. We had 60 guests for our wedding and everyone had a blast. We had multiple people say it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I highly recommend staying in the Fuego building because the butler service just makes the whole experience above and beyond!! We had the service of Adriana Garrido, Ivan Meledez, and Beatriz Ugalde and they were so amazing. They helped us with anything and everything we needed with a smile. I would not have been able to do my wedding with out them! They truly felt like family by the end of the trip. This resort is a beautiful adventure and whatever the reason for the trip - vacation, honeymoon, wedding, family trip - everyone is going to have an experience that you will talk about for years. We had a great time in Hotel Xcaret México. The food and service were excellent. The parks are amazing.
The hotel is huge and there’s lots to see, lots to do and lots to eat. Food is very authentic and their staff is very friendly. Our favorite spot in the hotel was the Casa Luna Rooftop with a heated pool, great tacos and the best service by Anallely.
