The property grounds were beautiful. Everyone was very friendly; I can now understand why they say Aruba is "One Happy Island".

Love the hotel
Really enjoyed our stay again after visiting last November. Staff is very helpful regarding food allergies as we have gluten/dairy and always willing to accommodate. The casino being non-smoking is great. Make sure to book your beach chairs prior to arrival. The gluten free chicken tenders by the pool are great and must have's. Perfect location with so much walking distance nearby if wanting to eat out or doing some shopping. Make sure to bring a raft or floatie to float in the water. Beautiful trip to Aruba!
Stunning hotel in the best location on Palm Beach. The service and the staff were phenomenal all around. Everything was just perfect. Thank you for a great stay!

Right on the beach
Luxurious and complete resort right on the beach, views, spa and casino all on property The staff here is super helpful and friendly Beach and separate pool access for families and adults

Loved our Time Here! Highly Recommend!
Had an amazing time at the Hyatt! The grounds are visually striking, the staff were all great and helpful, and the pool area is probably one of the best on Palm Beach! Loved that there were two hot tubs, a waterslide, and swim up bar, and the bartenders at the swim up bar are all very friendly! The Hyatt is also located in the middle of Palm Beach so access to the restaurants on Palm Beach is very easy. Overall, loved our experience!
