Very clean,well maintained hotel. The staff is attentive and helpful. Our housekeeper Ariana was great always forseeing our needs and always had our room well stocked and clean! Definitely would recommend her to management

I enjoyed my stay at here! The staff was friendly and helpful, the view from the room was really nice (pictured) and I was glad to know they offered a shuttle to the cruise port ($12 per person) and a shuttle from the cruise port to the airport ($25 per person). It's close to the Brickell area if you wanted to eat somewhere else or do some shopping. Gym was a little small but you can still do what you need to do.

Recommend this Hyatt hands down!
Stayed there for a local wedding. Great location, nice hotel, enjoyed being on the river, the endless water bottles were great in the 100 plus degree heat. And we booked with Hyatt Points to top it off. The metromover inside the hotel was a great plus too.

Great downtown location with easy walking to just about everywhere. Unfortunately, the traffic noise in our room made sleeping difficult. The earplugs provided were not comfortable. Room service was very good and timely. The front desk service and concierge service was very good. The restaurant staff was very friendly and the meal extremely good. The market for snacks and a light breakfast were just what were needed.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Miami was a complete disappointment. For a hotel of such a well-known brand, the level of service and condition of the rooms are simply unacceptable — the hotel is hopelessly outdated and clearly in urgent need of a major renovation. We were greeted by an unpleasant surprise right from the start: the carpet was dirty, and there was a gap between the carpet and the floor. The plumbing was in awful condition — the shower barely worked, and the water in the bathtub drained with great difficulty. A major issue was the noise insulation; it was impossible to sleep due to the constant crashing sounds from the street. The bed itself was uncomfortable, and the pillow had a strange, unpleasant odor. The prices for extra services defy all logic. We paid $150 for breakfast for two adults and children — the food is definitely not worth that money. The parking cost an astronomical sum — $160! In the end, we got a ruined vacation, a ton of wasted money, and a terrible impression of the entire Hyatt brand. This was the worst hotel experience ever, and I do not recommend anyone to stay here. Never again.
