Jun 28, 2025Fantastic Hotel, Wrong Location (For us anyway)
A wonderful hotel with professional and friendly staff. The food at the restaurants is just great, especially Katagi on the top floor. The views are fantastic and it has a good vibe along with the cocktail bar. The hotel is tasteful decorated. Not overcrowded and a great place to relax and enjoy. Just the Location seems a bit odd. The hotel is set to appeal for a luxury experience (and it does this very well). But It’s in the middle of party central for the 18 to 30’s year olds. It’s a very loud and busy area. It was full of groups of young males in football jerseys, who at times got a bit boisterous. We didn’t enjoy walking the beach prom at night (we did it on the first night and didn’t repeat it). Although when you’re in the hotel you don’t hear or see what’s going on outside.

Greeted by a warm welcome, a cold drink and some fruit. How a check in should be! The smell on entering the hotel is beautiful. The hotel is adults only which was perfect for us. The food was nice and the breakfast selection was good. I’d like to mention 2 ladies on the omelette / egg station who always remembered my order - I’ve no idea how with so many guests. They were Carol (or Carolina) and Alexandra - very pleasant. Can’t say the same for the miserable woman at lunch in the buffet area who made me feel very depressed every time we went to order fish - I mean come on love - you are customer facing - it doesn’t take much to be pleasant at all - oh and it wasn’t just me - everyone commented. Rooms were clean and hotel reception staff were friendly. Cleaners were also very pleasant and rooms were nice and clean. I would say that this hotel is nice if you don’t mind noise from outside the hotel. Although we weren’t too keen on our room (facing the road) and we were offered the chance of changing to a sea view - we declined for 2 reasons. Firstly it was a very large price increase to change but more importantly the noise from the surrounding area outside the hotel was not what we expected. Now this was not the evening, it was 2 or 3 pm local time! I felt like we had been placed in the middle of a football pitch with 70k German football fans - I’ve never heard singing like it. Although this is not the fault of the hotel, it’s such a shame that the noise was a disturbance to our break. This was every day and every night - so much so we went to Palma a lot on the bus (2euros). We also hired a bike which was great once you dodged the drinking zombies in the road. Also avoid the beach, same issue - full of big singing loud drinkers all day and pavement smells of urine. So to sum if up - lovely hotel but could do with it being in a better location!

Llaut Palma stay June 25
We are back again as we love this hotel and all of the staff . They feel like family ! The new guest services manager Elena is a great addition to the team . She has been super attentive and observant during our stay. A special thank you to yulia for always being enthusiastic, positive and professional. The hotel would not be the same without her x

Exceptional Stay with Only Minor Observations - Would Happily Return!
My partner and I had a truly fantastic stay at Iberostar Selection Llaut Palma in June. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special - we were warmly welcomed with a glass of fizz and a seat while the check-in process was handled for us. The hospitality throughout our stay was top-notch, and every area of the hotel was absolutely spotless. The room and hotel design were modern, stylish, and extremely well-maintained. We had booked a Wellness Room, which was comfortable and serene. While we weren’t entirely sure what the unique benefits of the wellness category were - apart from a yoga mat in the room - it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. We made great use of the spa facilities, which were lovely and included a pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and more. Whether spa access is included for all guests or just for those in wellness rooms wasn’t entirely clear, but it didn’t affect our stay. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide and varied selection. Highlights included cooked-to-order eggs (like poached, scrambled, or even eggs Benedict) and exceptionally good quality coffee and tea. A perfect start to each day! The only slight downside we noticed was the limited opening hours of both the outdoor pool and the spa, which closed at 7pm - just as the sun was still bright and inviting. Extending the hours slightly would make a wonderful experience even better. That said, these are genuinely minor points in an otherwise flawless stay, and they would absolutely not stop me from returning. We both left feeling relaxed, well cared for, and very impressed by the overall quality and service. I would 100% stay again and recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

Beautiful hotel
A beautiful hotel, as simple as that We stayed on floor 6 in a prestige room which was stunning, every little detail was perfect We had access to the rooftop terrace in our package with gorgeous views We enjoyed a delicious meal in the Katagi Blau restaurant also on the rooftop We were all inclusive and meals are buffet style with a good selection of fresh meat and fish Staff in the hotel are very friendly and always ready to assist Room attendants are very helpful, nothing is a problem Thank you Iberostar, you do it in style!
