Amazing stay, wonderful staff. Gorgeous hotel.
We had a short break here to recharge our batteries and that we did! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed, offered a drink of our choice and given a cold cloth to refresh. All staff are so friendly from the reception staff, to the cleaners to bar staff. It is so lovely to be greeted with a warm smile. The drink choice was brilliant and all was branded which makes a nice change. The food was great and a huge selection. Plenty of sunbeds and clean towels each day. We cannot fault our stay or the service we received. We upgraded our room for the hot tub and this was great also. Overall we had such a lovely, relaxing break. Great atmosphere and just what we needed. Will definitely be back.

Disappointed with the room
Currently staying at this hotel which seems very clean. However, the rooms are poor quality to say the least; the mattresses are the worst I had seen in a long time. Mattress is very hard and if you have slight back pain look elsewhere. The bathrooms do not have slippers Rob’s toiletries such as a shower cap very plain bare minimum in the room. I had stayed at other Iberostar hotels in the Caribbean and they are not like this one very disappointed with this Spain location will not recommend this hotel.

Loved it
Fantastic place to stay! Beautiful grounds with spacious, clean rooms - lovely ambiance. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, the food and drinks were spot on and the location was perfect. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with a warm welcome and a glass of fizz which was a lovely start to our holiday. Overall 10/10 and would highly recommend!

Ok..needs improvements lacks atmosphere
Had a private pool room for 11 nights but room very basic and tired. Shower looked dirty so requested housekeeping use mould n mildew spray on tile grout. Better lighting needed as tiles dark. Garden area by main pool looked untidy and grass needed work doing. Cocktails on draft from boxes not freshly made which is shocking at the price they charge. Pina colada like squash in a glass!..Restaurant very very quiet so no atmosphere some mornings only 8 guests and most we saw at night 20. Food good but bit repetitive. Spa treatment good although 120 euros bit expensive. The reception entrance is very impressive and smells lovely but after that it was a bit of a let down for a holiday which cost over £6000. Ten minute walk to Puerto Banus [ok] and 10 minute taxi old town Marbella [definitely worth visiting]. We regularly visit Iberostar hotels and this one definitely needs some improvement. Lack of atmosphere.

Amazing week at the iberostar
A memorable experience , not much at fault for the week we stayed, from the moment we arrived we were greeted with a glass of cava and all the staff were amazing and very attentive to our requests. Breakfast lunch and dinner had a huge variety of choice. There was even a violinist at breakfast that made things so relaxed. Gym and spa facilities were excellent, really cannot find fault and all the family had an amazing time!
