Nov 02, 2025A comfortable and relaxing stay.
A beautiful hotel, extremely comfortable. Staff are very attentive and seem to enjoy their work, which is always a good sign. Buffet restaurant always had a good variety of food available. One dislike was the open plan design bathroom area in the room, but probably little can be done about that. But overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Great staff, great food and great sleep
The hotel more than lived up to our expectations having stayed with Iberostar on a few occasions, we opted for half board and both the food quality and range were excellent for a weeks vacation. From the moment we arrived at reception, to a fairly early departure, the staff were excellent in every department. Nothing was too much trouble. We found the prices very reasonable also for the location. The hotel is well situated 2 minutes from the beach and long promenade in both directions. On a key bus route also.

A very good 4 star hotel minutes from the sea
A very nice hotel indeed. Lovely foyer, beautiful view from foyer. All very clean and well kept. The food is very good, freshly pan fried sea bass and amazing steak, to order at buffet. Its the little extras that make this, not large, hotel one I would go back to. The staff are discrete, but just very nice. Omelette lady great fun, reception only ever wanted to help. The cleaning team are clearly excellent. The free water and ice unit near the bedrooms is a really nice touch. Fluffy beach towels. The easy option now to have sheets changed everyday, is in fact, totally sensible. I reccommend this as a good, smaller 4 star, 3 minutes from walking prom, and the beach! 15 mins walk to Puerto bands. 35 mins to Marbella. Bus to marbella also outside hotel.

I stayed here from the 20th to the 24th of October. My family were staying nearby . The reception were welcoming & efficient when I checked in & I was offered a soft drink or a glass of Cava which was lovely. My room was ready & I was able to get into it early . I booked on the last minute so one of the only rooms available was a penthouse suite , this was the most reasonably priced on booking . I got a very good deal & the room was worth what I paid for it . The room was a very good size with a huge bed , plenty of storage & a balcony overlooking the pool & sea . Upstairs there was a jacuzzi & two sun-beds with an even better view of the sea . Dressing gowns & slippers were provided, a minibar & complimentary teas & coffee . There wasn’t any English Breakfast teabags , I asked for some & they were provided . The bathroom had Botanic products but no shower cap or cotton pads . I asked for some & they gave me a shower cap but said they didn’t provide cotton pads or anything else you would normally find in a bathroom in a hotel . The breakfast was good with plenty of choice . The restaurant was in the basement , it’s lovely but there was very little natural light . It’s a shame the restaurant isn’t on a higher level so it has natural light & a view . The pool area & restaurant were good & the staff everywhere were accommodating & friendly. The hotel was very clean & decorated well, however it was looking a little worn & tired in places . I would recommend staying here to my friends & family . I would stay here again & would recommend this hotel to those travelling solo as it’s very safe .
