We ( Mariza, Cathy F. , Theresa D, Linda R, & Verneda) came with the Groupo Zumba with Gina DiFrangia and had another wonderful experience with Iberostar Waves staff. My 3rd time. A big Gracias hug to all of them. So friendly so accommodating and happy looking staff from the housekeepers and restaurant chef & staff & pool staff And hotel host and hostesses. Compliments to The chef He has done wonders to the menus. Food was tastier this year. The entertainment staff with Chocolate, little sexy and Santa… Just to name a few. We loved Wanda & Maria @ poolside. Ray Mundo, Ino, Santa, Hamlet, Mariano and my masseuse Smailey who gave me the best 80 min massage I’ve ever had. I totally fell asleep (zzzs). Hope to see them all again next year

Nice facility. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Nice beach area and pools. Spa services were outstanding. Lots of options for delicious food!!

Have to say I was very excited to come to an Iberostar hotel unfortunately it has been a big disappointment. Staff not very helpful, very little to no service at the beach. Rooms very basic, Restaurants very underwhelming. Drinks are not great, we were at a different resort last year and the service at the beach and drinks were outstanding. We are travelling in a large group and we definitely not be returning. Not sure how this particular resort received good reviews on any site, I count on accurate reviews to make an informed decision.

A Good Family Hotel
This is a good, well run and well located beachfront property, ideal for families with children. It's a typical 'five star' Spanish chain hotel by Caribbean standards - think Mexico, Cuba and alike. However, the rooms need renovating and maintenance could be better - although nothing serious. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from - Italian, Mexican, French, Asian, etc., although the food in the a la carte restaurants is not outstanding. The food in the Italian restaurant was particularly poor. Frankly, the buffet restaurants are better for dinner, with more choice and are themed throughout the week anyway. The bar service is good and the selection of world-renowned brands is definitely a positive. Even the white wine served in the restaurants is very drinkable. The service from the staff is very good, with a special mention for the front desk staff.

Amazing day pass experince
I had the opportunity to have a day pass at Iberostar. I was able to go around the resort, have fun, walk the beach, lie by the pools, utilize the spa, and eat at the buffets because of the day pass. They have great food and an amazing staff!
