English is not widely spoken here as many orders got mixed up with language barrier They do cater more for the many people from Argentina Hardly any English at all at this hotel We did see a Michael Jackson show which was quite good but many people were left stood up because there was not enough chairs ! We had a premium room which was ok couldn’t justify the price though Beach is lovely all along in Bavaro but if you want a good sunbed at the front you do have to get up really early Tea and coffee in the room no milk and no spoon We had an issue with the tv which was replaced after a week Rooms spotless and clean towels everyday It’s supposed to be a five star but Tui only rate it a 4 Food is ok but not very hot The staff are friendly

Despite a rainy day, we still had so much fun enjoying the all-inclusive bars and buffet meals! The spa was incredibly relaxing and we really enjoyed the ability to walk around the property safely, exploring all of the different shops and activities on the property.

Definitely Recommend! So much fun!
I had a day pass at Iberostar and had so much fun with my friends. Despite the fact that it actually rained all day, we still had a blast. The bartenders Oscar and Cairo were so friendly and entertaining, and they made our experience at the bar a 10/10. The live music with the saxophone player was so lovely, he even let us request some songs! The beach was also beautiful and they had a lot of seating options! We ate at the Mexican buffet and then the Dominican night buffet and they had so many food options! The Spa itself was nice, and their showers were great. It was cool that they had a bathing-suit dryer in the spa bathrooms! We also got to see the sustainability work they had been doing with their coral reefs and it's impressive! It was inspiring to see how much the company does on a sustainability aspect!

We had a great family vacation with adult children & their S.O. The quality of hotel, location & staff was top notch! The food was good, buffets for breakfast & lunch every day Buffet for dinner always available w/theme nights (never went) Make reservations immediately after checkin for à la carte restaurants Mexican, Italian & French (not great!). The Smokehouse by beach & Asian don’t require reservations. We had 2 vegans in our group who were very pleased overall with choices (especially Italian.) the entertainment was fun. Would absolutely return to this resort value for Money was great!

Definitely worth checking out!
I did a day pass here and so enjoyed it!! Great service, clean resort, good food, and amazing amenities. My highlights were the fresh fruit, the hydrotherapy at the spa, and the pools. I also love how sustainable they are. Seeing very little single-use plastic was so nice. Would love to come back and stay here overnight!
