Jun 02, 2025Great hotel stay in Cancun
Stayed here just for 2 days but well worth it. This was my first time in the Cancun hotel zone ( since I usually go to other places around Cancun). Getting there was relatively fast from the airport, just under 25 minutes. We were checking in early (a plus!) and got to enjoy the beach very quickly. Beach is beautiful, clean with amazing clear water. You can actually see different hazes of turquoise, light blue, green water. Incredible. Sand is fine and bright white. Bring sunglasses! Pool is huge , although not deep at all, has 4 jacuzzi’s ok the side which are very nice. Iguanas do roam around freely around this area. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety , had many things to choose from. Intrestenly they had a person with a hawk walking around the dining area to spook away annoying birds that were trying to enter and get some leftovers from the unattended plates. What interesting to see the exotic bird of prey. Hotel does seam a little outdated, since I believe it was constructed in the 1970s, lobby is huge and the rooms are very comfortable. The bathroom and shower area has kind of an awkward sliding door, which had to be closed or other guests in the bedroom might catch a glimpse of you. Made use of the hotel gym, a bit small , but does the work. All Staff in general was very nice , friendly and helpful. We were just a few minutes away from major restaurants (about 15-20 minutes on Uber) Overall, the hotel is a very good choice to stay when in Cancun. Enjoy.

Scandalized by your silence and your total lack of professionalism, I can only strongly advise against staying at this hotel, where I was the victim of fraud. I stayed at your establishment from the 25th until 31st of January 2025, and since then, I have been trying in vain to recover MY money. I stayed at your hotel in February, during which two deposits of 8,000 Mexican pesos each were held on my account. At the end of my stay, one of these amounts was debited, despite the fact that I had already paid for my entire stay in full and in good faith. No explanation was provided for this charge. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact your team (three to be exact) but I have received no reply, and no refund has been issued. Meanwhile, I have incurred additional costs trying to resolve this issue. Your customer service has proven completely unresponsive, except when it's time to collect payments. This is utterly shameful for a hotel group that claims to offer five-star service. You charge for luxury, but deliver indifference and theft disguised as a deposit. This is no longer incompetence it's dishonesty. It is simply unacceptable. You are nothing but common scammers.

5 days of Bliss
My wife and I just returned from a wonderfull trip and hotel stay to the Intercontinenal Presidente. The location worked well for us as there was local bus service outside the door and taxi service was always available. The beach was pristine " NO SAGASSO" . The room was clean and comfotable and spotless. Kevin at the Front Deskfor helping me out on more than one occasion. He helped me with a major cell phone issue thus allowing me to stay in communication with family!!!!! THXS KEVIN!!!! We will continue to stay at this IC on our return trips. It is people like Kevin who are there for you that make it special.

The beach is magnificent, hotel is very comfortable, very clean, the staff are very friendly in the reception (forgot their names), and in the restaurants specially Antonio, in Caribono at the breakfast, the food is nice as well breakfast and menus

An amazing stay with incredible service
I had an amazing experience at the from the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive What really stood out was the service. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Special thanks to Antonio de la Riva for making my sister bday special. He had staff help him sing happy bday along with a small cake . He is awesome
