A lovely hotel in stunning grounds. We had asked for the beautiful room we had last year, but that wasn’t possible sadly. However the room we were given was very nice, with a lovely view and a welcome surprise waiting for us, which we really appreciated. Staff in the bars and restaurants were incredibly hard working and attentive. Orlando who kindly sets up sun beds and umbrellas for guests to laze under, is an absolute treasure. We did feel that on checking out we didn’t experience quite the same warmth os on arrival; we paid and dragged our cases out to wait for our taxi and that was it. A really small detail though, and didn’t spoil a lovely stay.

what an amazing hotel .The El Mirador is well deserving of its 5 stars the building is beautiful and everywhere inside and out was imaculate. 0ur suite had lovely sea views and a large balcony with a table and chairs and 2 loungers, We had a lovely comfy bed ,good sitting area and a useful walk in wardrobe. there was plenty of complimentary bottled water in the room. The gardens are well kept and very restful, no rows of sunbeds and plenty of them dotted around the pools and gardens. the breakfast was amazing with a huge choice. The staff were so helpful and friendly I couldn't recommend this hotel more highly. Most of the people we spoke to were returning customer that says it all.

Absolutely outstanding, Paradise
Just returned from an another wonderful 2 weeks holiday at this amazing hotel, have returned so many times over the last 5 years and as much as they say that you can't improve on perfection this hotel goes above and beyond to ensure everything makes for a perfect holiday. The staff are not only a great team they are more like a family who also treat guests like family. From the cleaning staff to management they are amazing, Roma, Carlos,Mark,Ignacio,Jesus, Oscar, Orlando, Victoria to name but a few but the Jewel that holds the crown has to be Tiziana, the most wonderful person who takes the time to interact with all of the guests, so genuine and a lovely warm happy personality, very sincere , nothing is too much trouble for her. There is nothing negative to say about our many experiences visiting this hotel, we are back again in October. A perfect paradise, a perfect family

Best of Tenerife!
This is our 4th year coming back to this beautiful hotel! From the moment you arrive you are welcomed with the most professional, caring, like family staff. We enjoyed all 3 restaurants, swimming in the amazing pools, and especially the view of the ocean! Evening entertainment, great wine selection, cocktails, the Spa for a relaxing massage and a walk outside the hotel grounds along the ocean. Best hotel in Tenerife!

Excellent
You can’t do any better than stay at this hotel. Like most people we are on our umpteenth time and have our next three visits booked. Star prestige is definitely worth the extra cost but the rest of the hotel is also brilliant. Food is excellent with lots of choice, the egg station in the morning is something else and Amilcar does an excellent job and always remembers what you have. We always have a mixture of buffet and al la carte and outside in the sunshine and watching the sea. The position is excellent with nice walks in both directions. The gardens are lovely and the hotel clean and inviting. The staff are the best ; Fatima, Daniel (pool boy SP) and the restaurant staff, especially Letitia. The stars though are Tiziana and Diana who go above and beyond.
