Nov 01, 2026STAY AWAY!!!!
This place is a dump; bugs in the bathroom. We’re here for a week in a one bedroom “suite “ that is supposed to have at least basic cooking facilities. Stopped at market before arriving to pick up food for breakfast and salmon to cook for dinner as we were arriving late. “Kitchen “ included refrigerator and microwave; no stove or way to actually cook anything. When I complained a small hot plate (I’m sure from the Smithsonian, was brought up. Property is large but no restaurant. This property should be torn down and not remodeled; the worst Hilton experience ever.

Stayed for 1 night for business and it was not good. This property is not suitable for business travelers so I was in the wrong there. It is much better suited for families or people vacationing. Pros: -Spacious suite - separate bed room, huge bathroom, full kitchen. -Beautiful views on the gardens/mountains. -Friendly staff - everyone greets you as you walk by. -Appreciated the texting availability with the staff. Whenever I had questions or needed something, they replied right away. I requested for a toothbrush/toothpaste over text and they brought it to my room right away. Cons: -WIFI was out for the 2 days I was there. First time I've ever experienced WIFI being out for that amount of time. It's kind of unacceptable, especially from a Hilton brand property. There were no storms and weather was fine. -Front desk staff only had 1 person working at 5pm check-in. -1 elevator broken, so waiting around was the norm. -Parking spaces are narrow so be prepared to possibly squeeze in some tight spaces. There was always parking available though. -Older property that needs renovating. The room just felt old like it never left the 90's. Timeshare staff left a voice message on my phone and it kept beeping - I had no idea how to delete it or stop the beeping, as nowadays in modern hotels you don't get voice messages left on your room phone. -TV was wonky and difficult to use. Granted, there were a handful of movie channels. Unfortunately I would not stay at this property again.

Oct 29, 2026Fancy Pink Hotel
The pink hotel makes me laugh. But don't be cynical, it's a really nice hotel. The pool is large enough you can actually swim some decent laps. We scored a VERY nice room with views of the pool and the beach and could observe turtles (and one shark!) in the ocean. The room was lovely with a comfy bed. The living area and appointed kitchenette were great for having dinner in (we just walked to the food trucks nearby and walked our to go orders back to our room). There is a small grocery store also within walking distance so you can buy drinks or other food there.

This place used to be a lot of fun. My 1st visit was more than 20 years ago. I’ve been here 3 other times before this visit. It’s gone down hill. Went to go to breakfast buffet this morning, and was told, we don’t do that anymore. It’s Saturday, got back from dinner at 7, thinking there might be some entertainment, nothing. Since no buffet, returned to room to cook my own breakfast and fuse blew. Now I know…

Nice Hotel with a good price for Maui
Nice Hotel on the water with all the right amenities. Staff were courteous, concierge knowledgeable and wait staff personal. Pool was very nice and gym excellent
