Jun 01, 2025Absolutely beautiful resort, made up of lovely staff! Thanks for a fantastic experience!
The grounds are over 24 acres, full of beautiful gardens, fauna, lizards, birds, and coatis roaming around. There are stairs or paths leading down to the beach, pools and restaurants or you can choose to take one of the shuttles, there is one always available. There is an endless amount of sports opportunities; eight tennis courts, Pickleball courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts and a full-size air condition gym! Or just lay on one of the many beach Loungers or hammocks or by the pool listening to the music. They had yoga every morning and even Reiki. The food was exceptional and the resort offers (I think) five à la carte restaurants which were all fantastic. The drinks were great, a lot of variety of liquor and not watered down. The staff took really good care of us even with the language barrier sometimes, everyone was very attentive. Our rooms were also beautiful and always well cleaned! One of the nicest resorts we have been too and hope to return. Thank you Las Brisas!

May 28, 2025Horrible hotel overpriced.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life! Moved 3 times rooms because either ac was not working or horrible smell. Never again over priced horrible bland food. Some workers have an attitude and some would get mad when you would call for transportation. Despite it being a large hotel. Not alot of food selection everyday bkfast was the same. Overall a horrible experience.

Amazing food & service
Food is amazing. You can’t go wrong at the buffet or the restaurants. Staff was friendly and knows how to keep the party going. We were a large group but servers like Cynthya made sure we were well taken care of and making everyone have a great time. Would definitely recommend

One of the best hotels !!!
The hotel and the beaches were so beautiful. One of the best beaches I have been to. The food and drink service was up to par. One of the amenities I enjoyed the most was the Kids Club. It was a nice break from the children and the staff had a lot of activities for the kids to do. I give recognition to Arely and Arima who made the process easy and I appreciated the safety protocol that they provided. I highly recommend. Also I don’t know her name but the woman who made the quesadillas in the morning was so nice and she deserves a recognition too. The drivers were really nice as well.

Great experience
Room was spacious, very clean and with a great ocean view. All personnel was very helpful, attentive and always with a smile. Transportation to different areas of the resort was simple and fast. We never had to wait more than 5 min. The only thing that we didn't like was the dinner service at El Mexicano and Solarium restaurants. There were enough waiters, but they were extremely slow, disorganized and inefficient, forgot to bring the food, drinks, and our requests. They need better training. We found the opposite at the Kasbah, Bellavista (buffet) and Pergola restaurants. Waiters there were vey good and it was a pleasure to eat there. Check in and out was a breeze.
