Aug 31, 2025Amazing and relaxing also loved the activity staff and the DJ very kind and sweet.
Loved all the amenities there are little baby ginger and tabby kittens that need to be looked after and fed with water and food. One of my highlights was seeing them. They are opposite the buffet where rooms are cannot really describe where they are.

Lopesan has great potential, with its exclusive location, beautiful rooms, and stunning pools. However, the food and beverage experience fell short of expectations. In an all-inclusive resort, dining and drinks are a core part of the service and play a major role in whether guests choose to return. Naturally, this sets a very high standard. Several areas could benefit from improvement. The cocktail menu was very limited, offering only basic options such as piña coladas, and the beverage list is identical across all restaurants and bars, making the experience repetitive rather than diverse. The drinks themselves were inconsistent—some were overwhelmingly strong, while others lacked any alcohol at all, making it a hit-or-miss experience. The Mexican restaurant was particularly disappointing, as the menu did not include staple dishes like queso fundido or fajitas, which can be found in almost any authentic Mexican restaurant. The steakhouse also failed to impress, as the cuts of meat offered were of noticeably low quality. Even at the ice cream parlor, the ice cream tasted old, which leaves a poor impression for such a simple detail. Service was equally inconsistent. While some staff members were friendly and attentive, others barely acknowledged guests. At the arcade, for instance, we did not even receive a simple greeting. Overall, much of the appeal of an all-inclusive resort lies in the quality of its food and beverages, since guests pay a premium with the expectation of a superior dining experience. In this regard, Lopesan has a significant opportunity to improve if it wishes to match the promise of its impressive facilities.

We spend a really good time at lopesan costa Bavaro resort, it’s one of the hotel i visited, really good restaurants , good food and nice people, our butler Isaura de Los santos santos and adres Bautista was amazing and really helpefull it’s he provide us a 100% top service ask for those if you stay at lopesan

Great unique beach club
We have a great stay at the lopesan costa Bávaro. A big thank you to the staff of the unique beach club, especially Jenny who welcomed us every day with her beautiful smile and good humor, Thanks also to the room manager who always had a Little word for us in French.A special mention for our butler Oliver de la Cruz for his kindness and professionalism in meeting all our needs. Excellent service, food and ammenities
Excellent service, food and ammenities. Great service specially from Jose Antonio that was always in top of everything we needed. Food was great and pools are awesome. Having the Unique experience enable to us private adult only pool and unique only pool which makes it more private and relaxing. In general, 100% recommended.
- AdvisoryLopesan Costa Bavaro does not accept Spring Breaker Groups. From February 1st until April 30th, person under the age of 22 years must be accompanied by an adult (23+) in the same room. Rooms with guests under 22 years will be denied at the check in (ID Check) and guests will be responsible for finding their own alternate accommodation.
