Check in with Marco was great down hill after that , Told to download map of the area , which is unreadable, The area is massive several diffent complexes, some we not allowed to use , service is slow in restaurant with water and drinks ! Food not hot or replished, most items not labelled! As have egg allergy.Room ok but complained twice , no cold water in shower ,fridge not restocked. Reception stated no one available! Asked for manger Why do I want manger ?? Receptionist came to check out about the water sent plumber also sent security with water !! Most of entertainment yes in Spanish no problem but very little in English !! Been here 4 days OMG it’s adults only , children entertainment, circus which was at poolside too dark to actually see much , Dancing , So far been here 4 days roll on the next 10 days hopefully can’t get any worse !!

23352647. Our stay at the Bahia Principe Grand Aquamarine in Punta Cana was perfect, thanks to the reception team. Specifically: Rolando, Olry, Yokasty, Luisa, and Mariasela were excellent. We were incredibly grateful to Rolando, who provided help getting replacement medication from a pharmacy – a real lifesaver! The entire team genuinely cared about making our stay wonderful. They all helped us navigate the huge resort and assisted us communicate our dietary restrictions to every restaurant. Their dedication and kindness made all the difference!

Doesn't matter how old you are, you are still young enough to delight and be delighted. It is your time now, ENJOY!
The area was magnificent and huge and the great thing about it is it was all inclusive and adults only. So many things to do and see. The food was fantastic and plentiful (super kudos to the chefs :)). I went there as a birthday present from my cousin, and I found the property just so delightful, colorful and relaxing. The staff there was always so helpful and polite. I turned 67 and they still sang me my happy birthday, and I blushed like a little girl. This is the first time I went to the Dominican Republic, but I have a feeling, it won't be the last.

Dominican amazingness
Great resort. Adults only ! Quiet but adult loud (lol). Was good to get away from a cold Canadian winter. Resort overall delivered what we expected. Our only issue is that it's part of a massive complex so as we get older and only for that reason we would go to a smaller resort.

Amazing resort, a bit to big for my liking, but amazing hotel.
I was there on May 30 for 1 week. For me personally the place is too big, but this is my first time at a huge complex. The cleanliness is out of this world! The bar staff was amazing. The beach, meh, a lot of seaweed but they did their best to keep on top of it, but it's just nature so not much they can do. The food options were so good! The reception area was fantastic! If I could put this resort on a Cuba beach, I wouldn't go anywhere else ever again!! My room!!!, OMG was beautiful!! It was spotless and fully stocked everyday!! The maid staff was absolutely fantastic!! The staff work so hard to make sure you have an exceptional time there!!
