This was definitely a real 4 diamond resort from the luxury feel of the room to the amazing food and most of all the friendly staff members like Miguel duenas and his coworkers. I will definitely be recommending this property to all of my family and friends because this is truly a paradise location and it’s not overcrowded. From the moment you get here it’s truly an amazing experience and one to be remembered forever. I can’t wait to be able to come back again I’m already looking forward to it again . If you happen to meet Miguel when checking in tell him you read my review and he will definitely go above and beyond like he did for my family. Thanks again for an amazing week getaway. Great stay!
The hotel was beautiful, the pools were clean and easy access. It is the rainy season so it was not busy. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. ALL of the staff were kind and helpful. Ivan was so helpful with luggage and rides. He was chatty and played around with my kids. Our room was nice and had a private pool. Food options were good but limited unless you went to the other hotel.
