F&B PREMIUM PRODUCTS: 3 to redeem. Amount $10 each ($30 total)

    Okay stay, not great!

    Food and drinks were okay at best! Limited choices for dining. Drinks are low quality. Overall, I don’t feel that I got value for the money spent.

    YOU’LL BE SORRY

    We got a day pass here because our flight out of town was in the late afternoon, but we had to be out of our Airbnb in the morning. So we wanted close to the airport. The experience was something between a mild disappointment and a big rip off. starting with the front desk, which claimed they had no availability for day passes even though they were available to book online. They said that there were many many guests so it would not be good for us to get a day pass because we wouldn’t get good service. When we pointed out the passes were available online she said OK then I guess you can book it online and then I’ll let you in. What? We did that and got the day pass. The all inclusive day pass included buffet food and drinks. It also stated snorkeling was included, and that was a big attraction The buffet food was mainly Sysco type prepared foods, especially the desserts. All were terrible. However the few house-made items were better. All desserts were pasty, flavorless yuck. There was no snorkel equipment so that was as false advertising. The drinks weren’t good. We drank kickass margaritas of every flavor at other all-inclusive and bars and they were amazing. But this place is using weird bottles of fake tasting flavors like mango and just tasted chemical-y. Based on the food, the service, the lack of air-conditioning, crappy drinks I would never choose this place to spend my entire vacation and would advise against the day pass also.

    Great experience

    We had the absolute BEST experience with Carolina in the buffet! She instantly became best friends with our daughter and treated her like family. Such a total sweetheart — always checking on us, bringing drinks and ice cream, and making sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and attention made our visit truly special. Thank you, Carolina, for going above and beyond!

    Carolina is amazing

    Carolina the hostess from the buffet was absolutely incredible. She was so sweet to my daughter. Making her feel so special and loved everytime we arrived. My daughter looked for her each day and yelled for her as soon as she saw her!

    Exceptional Customer Service

    This was my first stay at an all-inclusive resort and I was really pleased with the wonderful personnel they have working at this resort.  A friend (who is an event planner & had a large group stay there in Jan 2025) recommended this resort for their excellent customer service & she was definitely right!  From check-in, to daily dealings with front of house, wait staff, bell-persons and anyone working there - we were always greeted with a smile and a hola.  They even put up with my poor Spanish (everyone did speak some English) and we became friends with quite a few wait staff & hostesses.  Big shout out to Xochilt, Adriana, Anali, Andrea & Caroline who went out of their way to make us feel welcome - share laughs & hugs.  We chose a garden view for our room and we were surprised to have both a garden & water view.  Rooms were generous in size, although the bathroom plumbing really could use an update (the shower would make a hammering noise when starting & the bathroom sink's hot water didn't warm up).  Although one of the staff did explain that the rooms were due for renos.  I was pleased to see alot of Mexicans vacationing here (a tour operator told me it's the low season & prices were more reasonable) & children with disabilities being welcomed.  Both the restaurants which required reservations were excellent & the choices at the buffet were good for all meals.  My only suggestion is with the buffet that they open at 6pm (instead of 7pm) for those with young families & some of us who need to eat at regular times.  Although the Rosso Pizza & Snack bar was open until 6pm which helped with that time lapse. We made several trips from this resort into the heart of PV using Uber which was very reasonable and took tours where pick-up was at our resort. I went with my older sister on this trip for a week. We were even treated to a lightning & thunder storm the first 2 evenings but lovely hot & sunny weather the rest of our stay.
