    Butler jeans!

    This was our 3rd visit we love it here but The resort has changed in the past two years food quality has diminished greatly. Many things have changed or are not available anymore. Jeans our butler is the best and really makes our stay the best no matter what has changed, he never does. Always request him each trip!

    A nice resort for younger kids. Great beach. Good food. The staff are excellent. Daniel and Rafa at the beach bar were great and out Butler, Mr Jeans was outstanding

    My princess 4th Birthday memorable

    Hi I was staying in room 8110 from November 9-14,2025 for my daughter's 4th birthday. Me and my family walked in and right away treated with champagne and my daughter with her slime drink. Chanel was the first person to welcome us. She went above and beyond she also made our stay really awsome helped me to make our daughter's birthday extra special. Ramon was another person that treated us phenomenal he went over the roof to take care of us with great food our drinks every where from the beach to the aquatic water park and for our dinners we got top of the line at the sky walker we got treated really good the check Manuel was chef kiss and also Francis took good Care of us at our dinner. The Wok Wok was an epic fail but to be honest all this care and getting taken care of top of the line took that bad experience all away. The house keeper lady olga was also another person who had our room stocked up with drinks always and the room looking fresh. We are going to miss all our friends Nickelodeon resort in punta cana is a great place to go and enjoy the all inclusive. Punta cana stayed in my heart with great memories and beautiful friends that we will for sure go visit again! Thank you for all their handwork and for making my family and daughter's 4th Birthday memorable.

    The best option for families in Punta Cana

    This hotel is a great option to have quality family fun! Neat and clean facilities, lots to do (slime parties, magic shows, nickelodeo characters), a complete kids water park, great food, a pretty beach... but the best part is the staff. They were so attentive and accomodated all my family's needs. We'll come back for sure. Staying here worths every penny.

    Overall, 3-4 star experience. Go to hard rock instead or Bahia

    Not a true 5 star hotel. Should be 4 star at most. Food is decent but not great. Good smaller resort for kids was the only, and some staff made it ok). We ended up going to hard rock punta cana, about 15 minutes away, it was way better. Evening entertainment and free face painting was nice. Bacon was drenched in oil at least 10 cm. Some staff made this experience bearable (Joel, Francisco, Alfredo, Manuel, Ezequiel). Would I book here again? Never, it isn't too Nickelodeon theme. Some staff will ignore you, (female check in lady was not smiling). Water park was small, only 1 main pool by the beach, and 1 by fresco only. Snik lounge is great though, we were lucky enough to find few people to drink with which made it fun. Beach they hound you so be careful and just say no.
